Round One
Lachlan VS David (Deck with lots of traps)

Game One
Started off with a hand with around four monsters in it. By about the sixth
turn he had used three Trap Holes and a Bottomless Trap Hole. This got really
frustrating but eventually I triumphed with Jinzo.
David 8000-5600-3700-2900-0
Lachlan 8000-5600-4600-2700

Game Two
He didn't use so many traps this time, it seemed. He had three 1900 attackers
at one point, but I used Mirror Force to stop them. I eventuallly won.
David 8000-4500-3700-2700-2600-0
Lachlan 8000-5600-4800-4500-2900-900

1-0

Round Two
Lachlan VS Aaron (Machine Deck)
Game One
He stalled for a few goes with Messenger of Peace, then used Trunade and attacked
me with Jinzo and Dekoichi the Battlechared Locomotive with two Limiter Removals
for the game.
Aaron 8000-4600-4500-4400-4300-46
Lachlan 8000-0 XD

Game Two
He used Delinquent Duo FOUR TIMES! and Graceful Charity once...but I somehow managed
to pull of a win, I was amazed.
Aaron 8000-7000-6000-5000-4000-3900-3600-3500-3200-3100-
3000-2900-2800-2500-900-0
Lachlan 8000-7700-7400-6400-5400

Game Three
He got three Limiters in the first couple turns and got them out with Dekoichi and Jinzo
for death. Black Luster Soldier made an appearance on his field.
Aaron 8000-7000-5500-6500
Lachlan 8000-7000-5100-5000-0

1-1

Round Three
Lachlan VS Some random (Can't remember much here)
Games One and Two
I don't remember anything here...ahh well this only happened once, I remember all
my other games... :/

Game One
Some random 8000-7700-7400-5800-5000-2200-800-0
Lachlan 8000-6400-5300-5100-4500

Game Two
Some random 8000-7400-5700-2300-2000-0
Lachlan 8000-6300-5000-4600-4000

2-1

Round Four Lachlan Vs Aaron Holmes (Beasts/Earth)
I started using a calculator instead of paper, so there are no more LP totals.

Game One
He won this one by using Kenetic Soldier to attack my Don Zaloog. He also had a Gyaka-Gire
Panda attacking my four Scapegoats, then three which hurt me.

Game Two
I managed to pull a win of here. Metamorphosis stalled, helping me to come back. I used Pot of
Greed twice, and Delinquent Duo once which helped.

Game Three
This one was really close. We both had around 1000 LP, but I Premature Burial'd my Airknight and
attacked his Scapegoat token.

3-1

Round Five
Lachlan VS Grundy (Earth Beatdown)

Game One
I was getting beaten by Enraged Battle Ox and GAF's but Mirror Force saved me once again. Phew.
I managed to win by discarding his hand with Spirit Reaper.

Game Two
I think he had a bad hand, or it seemed like it. He had very few monsters, so this one wasn't really
cool for him. I won.

4-1

I got Top 8 with 4-1, so onto that.

Top 8 Round One
Lachlan VS Zombies

Game One
I know this guy, and his deck so I knew what to do. He didn't really do much, it was really quick,
Game One to me.

Game Two
I used Pot of Greed three times and Graceful once, and had massive advantage and started owning.

1-0

Top 8 Round Two
Lachlan VS Phelan (Chaos)

Game One
When the opponent pulls of a quadruple Pot of Greed, you die. He owned.

Game Two
He used D.D. Assailant to remove pretty much everything, then used Delinquent on turn five, discarding
BLS and Mirror Force. I lose.

Overall, I end up third, but since the first and second place already had invites, I got it! Yay! Nationals
'06. I got 5 CRV and a TP pack.

Props:
Mirror Force saving me so much
Invite!
Getting a new deck box, my old one broke
Getting Mirror Force for $25
Getting my first CRV packs
Pulling Cyber Dragon

Slops:
Pot of Greed and MoF for owning me
