=============INFO====================

Where: Time Warp Games and Comics
When: 11:00 - 2:00 ---- 4/16/05
Format: Advanced
Entrance Fee: 5 Clams
Prize: Top 2 get a store credit slip and the rest get a "good try" slip.
System: Swiss (5 rounds)
People: 10-15 as usual.

================DUEL 1 ================
Opponent = Alberto (Non-Chaotic Warriors)

Rounds One and Two
We deleted our monsters quick. We were sort of top decking our decks until we drew monsters. He got monsters and I got magic and traps. I used Ring, Negation, Vortex and ect. I drew a monster and kept hitting him. I countered anything he tried to do and he couldn't take the pain.

2-0

===============DUEL 2 =================
Opponent = Isaiah (Original Beatdown)

He is the guy I entered with and we are very good friends. His strategy is to set a ton of defenses, stall a bit, and when he gets the time he needs, he hops out with all these monsters. Brutal!

Rounds 1 and 2
His Wave-Motion Cannon hit me for 4000. Should of saved it. I had nothing to destroy it. He also hit me with some monsters. I destroyed them easily. My Orcs, Newdoria, and Tribe hit him for game. It wasn't easy to dominate when I had to play a guessing game with Ordeal of a Traveler and let him gain with Solemn Wishes along with dealing with his defenses, but it was all good.

================DUEL 3 =================
Opponent = Joe (Chaos/Beatdown)

Round 1
Things flow smooth as I deplete his resources and summon a swarm on him. Sure... he chains a few Wabokus, but he was prey.

Rounds 2 and 3
Revenge... lots! A Cyber Jar flip of mine gave him a swarm of monsters and a fresh supply of magic and traps. His tribe kills my monsters, he moves through my goats and reapers. Destiny moves farther away from me. At least I know I played well. I brought him down first match, brought him to 1500 second match, whooped me final match. He is a very good duelists and loves his Wabokus.

================DUEL 4 ==================
Opponent = Luis (Chaos Unoriginal Bull)

He was the main person I had to prove I was a good duelist to. This was my destiny duel mainly.

Round 1
Pretty good... He brings out Jinzo and hit me for some. I snatch it and soon summon my own. I crush past him like snap. That is the way I plan my destiny to go.

Rounds Doe And Tre
It all goes downhill from here. New Found Glory is right. I use swap and give him sinister which he chained goats and I get a goat. He spears plenty of my monsters. Jinzo comes out. No envoy, but yes brutal. My destiny and heart collapsed... well no destiny for me. Wait... I remembered... There is a fifth round. If I win it, then maybe my destiny was fulfilled.

==================DUEL 5 ====================
Opponent = Jason (Equip/Warriors)

Rounds Wun And Too
He boosts up his warriors to 2700, so now I must rely on my removal. Tough luck for me. I carry some Orc and Zombrya because I know it will stop much, but not equipped monsters. I drew some removal and he was starting to lose card advantage. The equips make you lose card advantage, bub. I hit him with some Dons and Reaper and he was top decking. I set a Cylinders and I end. He top decks a Gearfried 1800/1600 and attacks my reaper 300/200. I was procrastinating whie it was his turn and I heard game over and I woke up. Oh yeah I chain cylinders. GG Jason. He had me at 1150.

================TRADES AND BUYS================
I bough a sliding hard plastic blue/clear deck box. Wow... adjectives!!!
I bought a FET pack hoping for a phoenix and vortex mainly. I only got a Spiral Spear Strike. I took the Threatening Roar because it might come in handy and laid the rest on the table for anyone who wants them. I got a Phoenix, Don, Vortex, Chiron, Solemn, G. Sphinx, Freed t.b.w., another Roar, and much more. ALL I HAD TO TRADE WAS MY UNITED WE STAND ALONG WITH MY WHOLE BINDER OF HOLOS. I either got the holos for free or ripped people for them so I don't care. I am kind of bummed that I only have 2 trade-able holos, but I got most of the cards I need for my deck and I am starting my whole collection, if I would of just traded my tyranno and a few other holos for the phoenix, I would of had my binder of holos. A trades a trade and I am happy though. On to the results of the tournament!!!

HOW IT ENDS
My record today: 8 Wins and 2 Losses
Isaiah checked the rankings and he said he was in 6th place. Since I won more duels than him, I know I must be in at least 5th place. Well... I had a fun time.
