Match 1 Magic vs. Alan (XYZ Deck)
His XYZ deck was allright but he had a random Chaos Emperor Dragon and
Black Luster Soldier thrown in there. I was able to beat him thanks to my
DMOCs in our first duel but in the second duel he had me in a tight spot because
he was paying for his Imperial order while i had nothing but magic cards =/. but
i came through with breaker and archfiend soldier to win with only 400 life
points left =)
Match 2 Magic (2-0) vs. Alex (no deck focus.)
Alex was a kinda young kid, maybe around 9 or 10, that didn't have a focus
in his deck but had a random Chaos Emperor Dragon in there. Since he didn't
really have the best cards i was able to beat him pretty easy in both duels (I
felt bad after beating him though, i always do when I have to play younger
kids that dint have the best decks).
Match 3 Magic (4-0) vs. Matt (Chaos)
Matt is a friend of mine and it sucked having to play him in the tourney.
He has an allright chaos deck and honestly i expected to beat him kinda easily.
The first two duels weren't anything special, he won the first one and I won the
second. In the third duel he gets CED and BLS in his opening hand and draws
painful choice. he uses painful choice to get two light monsters and two dark
monsters into his graveyard and brings out both envoys on me =/. that sucked. I
lost and I was now out of the tourney.. Matt ended up winning the tourney which
was kinda kewl too. (not really cause he beat me =/ ).
Props -
Hanging out with ffseriesfan, devolution and striker ninja (matt).
My deck doing great in the tourney (this was its first apperance).
Lars (devolution) for his dark paladin deck fianlly starting to work out
for him.
