here is how it went. it was a
team tournament but we would switch teams each time and the duelist with
the best record wins.
round 1 me and some guy named joe vs san and
mike
joe kept playing strong defense and i kept dropping
off and getting into san's hand because he uses exodia.basically as soon as i
got black luster it was over.
duel 2
Same as above but i yata locked mike and joe played
good defense
Round 2 Me and san vs mike and
joe
San stated out with blue eyes and some good traps.
he plays graceful charity and discardes blue eyes and mask of
restrict. Joe goes and plays one of each. I draw and get painful choice. I
activate it and look through my deck for black luster and it is the seventh card
from the top. so i take the top 5 cards on my deck so i get black luster
next turn. there is sort of a loop hole in painful choice that doesn't say
shuffle. so san and i took advantage. well anyway the five were 2 mystic tomato
raigeki reflect bounder and mirror force. they let me keep my tomato. mike goes
and plays on magic or trap and ends. san goes and gets umi and tornado wall on
the field. joe goes and i drop off. he ends it comes to me and i get pot of
greed and activate get tribe and black luster. i play black luster by removing
tomato and reflect bounder. after that they had no chance because niether of
them had a very good deck.
Deul 2 same as above, got black luster and
won.
finals Me 4-0 John
4-0 john and i were both teamed up with people that were 2-2 or 1-3
of coarse i was stuck with 1-3 guy and john got san, it seemed
hopeless
deul 1
my partner drew his hand and played waboku face
down
san goes and plays a gemini and one magic or
trap. i go and play confiscation on san, but no exodia. I later found out
that he took exodia out and built a beatdown deck. basically
me and my partner just beat down with my zaloogs
an his great maju.
duel 2
John started with a beastly hand and hit me real
hard with injection fairy lilly equiped with united we stand. i was down to 200.
i draw waboku what luck. san goes and plays dark necrofear. he attacked me i
activate waboku and my partner goes and draws a shadow goul. john goes and
beats me with fairy lilly. it did not take them long to beat my
partner.

duel 3this one was touhgh. my partner got all
tribute monsters. i got a good hand. san goes first after graceful an
painful coice he gets dark necrofear and witch. i go and play gravity bind,
tomato and mirror force. john goes and plays one of each. my partner goes and
get deal of phantom. i said just set it for bluff. san goes play jinzo
by offering witch. he attacks my parter with necrofear and jinzo.
they knock him out shortly after. i play tribe and discard heavy storm to
destroy his jinzo. and i stall with gravity and messenger until i get black
luster. i play black luster and san plays shadow spell on it so i stalled
with black lusters removal effect. i draw pot of greed and get
dark hole premature burial and took out john. san goes and play 2 magic or
traps. i get graceful i got yata and two drop off i summon yata and he was
locked. all his traps he had face downdown was soul demolition and a legendary
ocean.
so i won the tourney and gave my partner for the
last round a skilled white magician.
