I started out with a pretty good hand and got some of my machines out. The highlight was when he used his Paladin of White Dragon to get the BEWD out I was in for a trip. One turn later it didn’t matter when I acted like I was going crazy the kid feel for the bait. He went after it and found a Limiter Removal flipped up and his BEWD lost to a 3600 X-Head. The finisher was the wrath of Jinzo and a Barrel Dragon hyped on 2 Limiters. Winner: Me Game 2 Poor kid never had a chance. Cleared his field, played Cost Down got Jinzo to the field then 3 Limiters……Game Winner: Me (Match 2) Game 1 Me vs Isaac This duel was against one of my good friends, a stall/control deck going against my Machines. This one was a good game between us, and we also found out that someone took George the best in our store down with incredible ease, so we duked it out as best as we could. It went back and forth but in the end Jinzo ended saving the day. Winner: Me Game 2 This match my hand blew chunks and I got smacked by direct hitters and a Wave Motion Cannon. Winner: Isaac Game 3 Here we are its all or nothing! I started with a so-so hand and it started to look like the first game. It turned to my favor when I got Barrel Dragon to the field and Feather Dusted his Spells and Traps. I targeted his face-down monster (Spirit Reaper) and then Limiter on the dragon and ran over a weak direct monster for the win. Winner: Me Match 4 (Game 1) Me vs Chris ( I think) When I saw who I was playing I thought that this was going to be a walk in the park and BOY WAS I WRONG!! >.< a complete direct damage deck. Another thing was when Logan opened the pack for the 1st place winner it was the non-ritual Black Luster Solider. (Match 1) Game 1 This kid thought of a good deck for a deck of commons. -.- He went first turn and burned me with a bunch of cards. In the end with him having no monsters Jinzo saved me, but before that I was at 2300 LPs he was at 7500. On his side of the field he had Toll and Chain Energy. I took 500 from Chain when I played Jinzo, 1000 when I played the 2 Limiters and 500 for Toll leaving me at 300. I am grateful that it was Jinzo that was the machine attacking because he had a Magic Cylinder face down waiting. Winner: Me Games 2 & 3 This when from bad to worse, second game I drew nothing but Magic and Traps for 13 turns! But only if I had 1 machine it would have been game, but no I didn’t I got a nimble then Fiber Jar which helped him. >.< Third game was all him and his burn cards. Winner of both: Chris Pros: Doing GREAT for my return tourney from a 4 month absence Showing machines are something that can put up a fight Slops: Underestimating a kid NOT DRAWING A MACHINE!!
