Swiss Style Tournament
Nine people participated (usually not that many in the junior division tourneys)
This is my 5th tournament and 1st to be listed. It was held at 10:30 on the 20th of December.
Before the tournament, I traded some of my cards that werent in my deck for Airknight Parshath, Nightmare Wheel, 2 Gagagigo, Spell shield type 8, 3 battle footballer, and ragieki break. I also got a DCR pack that I got a Terrorking Archfiend in. (YAY)

NO SIDE DECK
So, theres my deck, and heres the tournament
Round 1: Me vs. Stall, Flip deck
Duel 1: I didnt know what to expect, it was the first time I had ever gone against one of these decks. You know the kind with stall cards and swarm of scarabs, swarm of locusts, hayabusa knight, and guardian sphinx? Anyway, We started off slow, I was able to use Newdoria to destroy his hayabusa and then MST his Gravity Bind, then I was able to blast him for a 2200 Direct Hit with my Giant Orc, later in the duel, I had used up my Dust Tornados to destroy Dark Door and Mirror Force, so when he got another gravity bind, I knew I had to get my Heavy Storm. Didnt happen. He started demolishing me with his guardian sphinx, swarm of scarabs, and swarm of locusts. In the end, I lost.
Duel 2: More of the same, started strong, ended weak.
I had a disadvantage, I had scored 0 points out of three and I had two rounds left.
Round 2: My luck changed! I got a bye, and scored 3 points automatically!
Round 3: Me vs. Aaron
Well, this kid has a 76 card deck and when I asked him why he said, (and I quote) "This way I have an advantage over everyone because its really hard for me to deck out!" Well, needless to say, he sucks. Hes only beaten one person in his life that would be a six-year-old beginner. Anyway, on to the duel.
Duel 1: He had no monsters strong enough to get through Gagagigo, and all the damage he did to me was from him crap burn cards, final flame and ookazi. Anyway, after I got My Airknight on the field, I attacked his face down trap master and he said something youd except from the cartoon "Thats okay because since my monster was in defense mode, I dont take any damage, needless to say, I finished him off quick.
Duel 2: Again my Airknight Kicked his butt. When he had 500 life points left, instead of attacking, I just let him go, he draws. And he plays the card down. I win, it was a TREMENDOUS FIRE!! Now like I said, the only kid he has ever beaten was a six-year-old. That is one of the reasons why.
I scored 3 points giving me a total of 6. Is that enough points to get in the semis? YES. I got the fourth spot.
Round 4: Semifinals. Im against him, the stall and flip deck that killed me two duels to none. I was nervous, but I knew I would win.
Duel 1: I was able to destroy all his stall cards and get Jinzo on the field, Once he destroyed that, I Nightmare wheeled his Guardian Sphinx and dealt him 3500 damage in 7 turns. I WON!!!
Duel 2: This is the duel that made Airknight my favorite card
We went 8 turn without dealing any damage to eachother. Well, he got a Lava golem on my side of the field and I book of mooned it. He was mad so in order to flip it up, he attacked it with him Hayabusa Knight, he took fifteen hundred damage. Next turn I was able to Newdoria Lava golem and get my giant orc in defense mode. He didnt have any monsters to attack me with except for a facedown card. On my turn I sacked Orc for Airknight and attack, (By the way hes at 6500 life points) and I hit a Spirit Reaper!! He takes 1700 damage, I draw a card, and spirit reaper stays on the field. After 3 more turns doing the same thing, I WON!!
He got a PGD pack and got a Curse of Royal, Phew I'm glad I won.
Round 5: Finals, Me vs. Stall kids brother, the number 1 duelist there.
Duel 1:
Well, he has a warrior deck, so I was very nervous. He got tons of warriors in his hand, I didnt know what he would do, well, marauding captain plus GAF, I take Serious Damage but Im not that worried, I place my Battle Footballer in defense mode and end my turn. He draws, He summons Marauding Captain and GAFagain.he wiped out my life points.
Duel 2: More of the same, He beat me with marauding.
I got a MFC pack and a DCR pack. He opened up his packs first He got a Contract with the Abyss, dark core, and wandering mummy. I got a Dark Core and a. DARK FLARE KNIGHT!!!!
Overall, I got the only Holl of the prizes. It was a pretty great tournament.
Afterwardsme and some kid with a deck of ALL HOLOS double dueled two kids, one being Aaron, and another one being a kid with a FINAL/Gravekeeper deck. Yeah, you guessed it...we won.
PROPS:
*Airknight Parshath, Couldnt have beaten stall kid without him.
*Getting the only super rare of the prizes.
*Trading for awesome cards
*Winning Gryphon Wing, Flute of Summoning Dragon, and Fiend Skull Dragon in the double duel.
SLOPS:
*Would have been cool to win, but I'm glad I got second because I got the Dark Flare Knight and he got nothin' good.
