Lord Reaper here, with my latest deck

THE SUPREME BEATDOWNNESS!!!

this deck is extremely quick and powerful, although it seems like a typical beatdown, I have refused to use some of the more useful beatdown cards(IO, Jinzo, Breaker ect.)

 

The Tourney had about 20 people. 5 rounds, match elimination, Gods allowed.Prize: $20 store credit.

Round 1

Lord Reaper VS. Matt P.(Gravekeeper deck)

 

Match 1

He got out NecroValley, about 3 gravekeeper's Spear soldiers, attacked, but ran into my waboku. I summoned my Great maju (3600), powered him up( 2 axes, and mage power with 2 cards face down), attacked for 7100, activated a Ring of destruction and won.

 

Match 2

Not much difference here, except that I MST'd his necrovalley and hilled him with a powered-up Mataza.

 

Round 2

Lord Reaper VS. 'Exodus' (Gren Maju removal deck)

 

Match 1

Somehow this guy managed to get ahold of an Inferno Tempest (yes,it was real) He used it when I attacked with my Great maju, then on his turn used raigeki, feather duster and summoned gren Maju, for the win.

 

Match 2

this was funny, Because everytrhing was EXACTLY the same, excepting one crucial difference, when he activated Inferno tempest, I Magic jammered it.

 

Match 3

I simply overpowered him.(3 archfiends with an Axe apiece and a maju with a Mage Power will do that to a person)

 

Round 3

Lord Reaper VS. Ken Something-or-other (Levia Dragon deck)

 

Match 1

It's a miracle how much MST can save your @$$!, MSt'd his umi, when he summoned Levia. Activated Draining shield when he attacked with it, and hit him for 13000 (WAY powered up Mataza)

 

Match 2

He gave up when I both MST'd his Umi, and ROD'd his Dragon...WUSS!!!!!

 

Round 4

Lord Reaper VS 'Shibati' (RA deck)

 

Match 1

He summoned Ra (9000), and it was rammed headlong into a Magic Cylinder (Here the Gods are just normal monsters, affected by everything)

 

Match 2

Similar, except I used draining shield, then ROD, to wipe him out (it had well over 8000 when he summoned it)

 

Round 5

Lord Reaper Vs. 'Okage'

 

Match 1

It's odd because both of the people I faced in these last 2 rounds had the EXACT same Deck, and I killed them the EXACT same way.

 

Match 2

Same as above

 

I got a whole bunch of Singles for my collection
