This deck has changed from the last time I posted (about 2 weeks ago). I removed the Spear Dragons because I didn't like the fact that a silly Sangan would be able to destroy it and then I'd get hit with Don to deplete my hand. I added in Kycco because I just love Kycco. I also like Newdoria because he can be searched by Tomato and works very nicely against Jinzo or other threats that may oppose me. Two Crossouts help alot against pesky f/d cards. BTW, I can't say that I won last weeks tourney, but I can say that I was one of the three winners. Tournament format was regular (yey!). Onto the tourney:

Round 1:

Me vs. Kid A

I forgot to get this kids name so I will refer to him as Kid A. I saw this kid before the tournament but had no idea that he played. I was him on some scooter so yeah.

match 1:

He began by attacking by Mystic Tomato. I searched for a Don. It was my turn so I summoned Gemini and wacked his Harpy's with Gemini. My Don attacked directly and I took a card from his hand. He drew, sets M/T on the field. I then draw and use Painful Choice. I search for Jinzo, Sinister, and other stuff that I don't need. He gives me Sinister. I attack him directly and eventually deplete his hand.

match 2:

Almost the exact same thing. Except much longer. He managed to bring out his Wall of Illusions for protection. I eventually got rid of them with Gemini and I pounded him with Tomatoes and Don. His hand was once again depleted.

Round 2:

Me vs. Patrick

Patrick is the dude that told me about this place and gives me a ride here weekly. Very cool guy overall.

match 1:

Began with him setting a card face down. I draw and immediatly use Crossout on it. I Typhoon his back card and proceed to attack him with Kycco. I remove the 1 card that was in his grave. I then set 2 cards face down. He then draws and uses Heavy Storm. I quickly Imperial Order. He then sets another monster face down. I draw again, refuse to pay for Imperial. I use Delinquent Duo and take his Flute and he proceeds to discard his Sinister. I then summon Mystic Tomato and I destroy his Lord of D. and once again attack him directly with Kycco. I remove the Sinister and something else. It goes like this till I get Don out and deplete his hand.

match 2:

This one was horrible. Out of my starting hand I drew Exiled and Newdoria. He Delinquent Duo'd first turn. That totally rocked me. I went defensive the whole match and lost.

match: 3

Very similar to match 2. I recovered from the horrible drawing by top-decking Pot of Greed. After that, I took control of the match with Jinzo. He then Snatch Stole it and hit me for 2400. After that, I kept top-decking Kycco or Geminis. He was really afraid to summon because he thought it was Fiber so he didn't summon. I finally got a Graceful and quickly used it. I discared the 2 cards and set Fiber face down. He then drew and quickly destroyed it. We shuffled everything and drew. He then set a card in defense and ended. I then drew and I had no Crossout, Dark Hole, or Raigeki. I would have clearly won the match with atleast one of those. I knew he was bluffing with the card he put face down in the back. I summoned Kycco and attacked his face down. It was Cyber Jar and I was hoping I would get a decent monster to finish the game. Instead I get a Newdoria. I put it face down because he has Lord of D face down. I then set in the back Imperial, Snatch, and something else. He then drew and summoned Jinzo. Used Raigeki. Game.

Round 3:

Me vs. Kid B

The guy running the tourney told us not to worry because we weren't going to be eliminated even if we lost. Me and Patrick got an easy 3rd round.

match 1:

I began the match so I started with Delinquent Duo. Summoned Gemini and but a card face down in the back. It was his turn so he used Tremendous Fire and Ookazi. Put a card face down and ended. I then drew Crossout and quickly used it. Summoned Don and attacked him directly with both Gemini and Don. I finished him off a couple of turns later.

match 2:

Exactly the same as the first match. Except I Yata locked him.

Round 4:

Me vs. Kid C

From looks, I thought this kid was pretty good.

match 1:

He drew and put 2 cards face down in the back. It was my turn and he quickly Drop Off'ed my Graceful. I summoned Mystic Tomato and he Trap Holed. I then proceeded to Main Phase 2 and put 1 card face down in the back. It was his turn so he summoned Dream Clown and tried attacking me. I quickly flipped Ring of D. From then I pretty much controlled the much.

match 2:

Same thing. Nothing different except he side-decked Convulsion of Nature....Meh.

Round 5:

Me vs. Kid with Braces

This kid was much better from the other kids that I played. Hurray!

match 1:

It all started fast. I used first turn Painful Choice and then used Pot of Greed. I proceeded to use Delinquent Duo on him. I took his Crossout, so he discarded Sinister. I then set Tomato face down. I then set Imperial Order and Ring of D. in the back and end. He draws and summons his Gemini Elf and attacks my Tomato. I then search for Don. He puts 2 cards face down in the back and ends. I then draw and use Harpie's Feather Duster. He quickly Jammers it. I proceed to MST his other face down card. It was Cylinder. I reborn Jinzo, summon Kycco. I then attack him directly with my Army of Obliteration. After this, he could never recover.

match 2:

This match was so much different. He began and I totally forgot what he did because I was discussing the champs deck with a very nice guy I met. During my turn I used Forceful Sentry. I was Morphin Jar and Feather Duster there. Those wouldn't affect me as much. It eventually got to the point where we both had no hand and we kept top-decking. I got a Mirage of Nightmare. I checked my graveyard to see how many MST's I had used. I only saw one there so I played Mirage. Mirage helped alot! I got some monsters on the field. At the end of the match. I only had 3 cards in my deck because of all the blessed drawing.

We didn't get a round 6 because the three winners decided to split into 5 packs each. The owner (or that's who I think he is, the guy seems very chill) dropped the 17 packs that were left in the box. Some kid just kept starring at them. I quickly bent a couple and took my 5. I was the last one to open my packs because I was checking what the dude that bought the last 2 packs pulled. He pulled nothing so I proceeded to open my packs. In my first pack I got Helpoemer. In the other's I got Coffin Cellar and some other crap. The last pack I remember taking was the thickest. I opened it and there was the blessed Ring of Destruction! Today was my day because last week, I opened Patrick's last pack and he was the one that pulled the Ring that was supposed be mine (hahaha). I got a free Dark Jeroid and Gravekeepers Spear Soldier from the kid I was discussing the champs deck earlier.

It was a great day overall. Between tourney matches. I got to face some really cool people. And I got to talk to this really cool that I was at Rookies & Allstars (my home store). He told me how he also wanted to make a Scientist Deck which totally owns! I will hopefully get some good stuff next week.

Props & Slops:

Props:

-To Patrick for being the only guy in tourney to beat me in a round

-To tourney organizers

-To my winning packs for containing the cards that I pulled! (I now have a grand total of 3 Rings of Destruction, sweet pimpin' trade bait!)

-To Tommy's for having great Chilli Burgers and Chilli Cheese Fries!

-To the kid I met today for owning me in one of the matches (Scientist dude from earlier)

Slops:

-To bad judgments by me during matches

-To bad ruling calls

-To my little apprentice friend (from Rookies & Allstars) for getting damaged cards in his boosters (he pulled Rope of Life, so I gave him Exiled and Confiscation for it because he's cool)

-To me for being lazy and not having a job
