I arrived at the tourney at 10 like always but of course they’re still not open yet! So I do a
little tradin’ outside but as soon as I get my book out they open, what a surprise.
So
I go in and pop open my book and ask the lady what do you need, her hands and
mouth
start moving so fast it looked like she was an auctioneer.
But
she said she needed a penguin solider from the starter deck and I said I need

she nod’s (WHAT A STEEL!) the main thing that made me mad was this one little
kid,
first time I ran into him, ‘wanna trade’, I said sure. Looked through his cards
nothing
I
liked. 5 minutes later same little kid, ‘wanna trade?’ I looked slowly at him
and said did
you
get anything new, he shook his head so I said in a little while. Then I traded a
destiny board to some lady for a Red Eyes B. Metal Dragon.
All
of the sudden I saw a card I needed, RAIGEKI she looked through my cards and
said I don’t wanna trade it I almost screamed in her face WHHHHHYYYYYY??????
But
I didn’t, I just pulled out a magic cylinder from the back of my book and said
‘how about this’ she smiled and said yes.
(Your probably thinking I got the wrong end of the deal, but since I had
3 and only 1 is allowed in a deck then I had 2 that I could spare)
But
then she trades it and a whole bunch of other cards and gets the card that I
mostly want to have,
The
Gemini Elf, But I get it later anyway so no big deal.
And
finally the tourney starts and I don’t know who this kid was but he wasn’t very
good.

1 Nick (that’s me) V.S Small person (no deck theme)
When flip a coin and I called it right so I go first. Man what a draw The first 6 were dark hole, raigeki, torrential tribute, kycoo the ghost destroyer, Monster reborn, and man eater bug, Told you it was a nice draw. I play kycoo in attack mode lay 3 m/t face down and end.
He
play 5 m/t! And 1 f/d monster and ends, what luck, I drew pot of greed and use
it, I was rewarded with 2 space typhoons I lay the down and play man eater bug
and end. He draws and ends (the suspense nearly killed me) I draw a la jinn and
play dark hole and monster reborn kycoo and set la jinn and attack he plays
waboku, I PLAY SPACE TYPHOON! And do 3600 direct damage and remove 2 from play,
YAY!

Now
he draws and lays one monster face done and one m/t and ends, I draw magician
of faith I play raigeki and attack for another 3600 and he’s stupid and plays
messenger of peace so in 5 turns he’s down to 300 LP and he finally destroys it
and I attack with kycoo and win

easier I got all the cards I need and I win it with a beast of talwar and a
skull

3 Nick V.S good person (relinquished deck)
Now this is the person I get Gemini Elf from but he wasn’t easy to beat, I started out with 2 kycoo, 2 harpies brother a pot of greed and raigeki and I play pot of greed and draw, whoa a skull and cylinder, so I play kycoo in attack and play cylinder face down and end
Then
he plays la jinn and change of heart he attacked with kycoo but I played
cylinder and we both too 1800 damage
My
next turn I played raigeki and monster reborned his la jinn and played harpies
brother
And
attacked and won
Round
2
He
couldn’t get out any monsters and I won quickly and easily, after the match I
traded my thousand eyes restrict a solemn wishes and a thousand eyes idol for a
Gemini Elf!!!
Of
course I cant put it in my deck but I’m still happy, I go out and look for some
train’ to do and I trade a revival jam for a millennium shield (whoa, That was
my best trade today)
And
I trade a mask of restrict for a offerings to the doomed and a sinju of a
thousand hands. Now onto round 4 the semi-finals only 4 people left

He whipped me the first round he started out with 3 charities and a pot of greed and got all of em
But
the next round was a bit harder for time since he couldn’t get any gravity
binds working so I won that round
But
the last round near the end his flied was open with no gravity binds of
messengers of peace to be found, and he only has about 2000 life points left,
but he plays raigeki and the exodia head on the field and ends, my turn I play
lain and SORL and it comes close he drew his last cards and I was waiting for
him to end his turn so I could win. But he played monster reborn and flipped up
a penguin soldier and returned the head to his hand and won.
