on to the tourney, I did not do too great, I lost in the 3rd round
out of 8.

was a one duel per round tourney)

one Me (Rob) vs. Exodia
I
go 1st, I play a MEB face down, and a trap hole face down, he
activates pot of greed, then graceful charity. He then places one trap card
face down and a mon in def mode. He
ends his turn. I then flip MEB, kill
his face down (WOTBF) he grabs an exodia piece, I sack MEB for summoned skull,
then remove MEB for rock spirit, I attack w/ rock spirit and he activates
mirror force, im like…crap. Next turn
he summones sangan in atk mode and I activate trap hole. Next turn is where I basically win it….i
summon hysteric fairy in atk mode, then activate card destruction….ahahah hes
like, dammit! I atk over and over again till I win
Round
two Me (Rob) vs. Beatdown Boy (on a major budget)
Well,
lets just say this guy had a by in the 1st round, and I beat him
easily…on the 1st turn I put cyber jar face-down and he attacked it
with a mammoth graveyard. When I picked up my cards I get rock spirit, dark
hole, la jinn, summoned skull, and harpies bro, I put la jinna nd harpies bro
in atk mode, he gets 2 Dark Magicians and a blue eyes and another mammoth
graveyard plus a de-spell. He puts his
mammoth graveyard in atk mode (DUH) and then end his turn, sack harpies bro for
summoned skull and attack his mammoth graveyard. Then atk his LP with la jinn,
next turn he gets no monster and ends his turn, I summon my hysteric fairy in
atk mode and attack with la jinn, skull, and fairy and now he is almost dead.
Next turn he puts a monster in defence mode, I sacrifice my hysteric fairy for
amphibian beast then attack his face-down with la jinn, it turns out to be a
giant soldier of stone, I lose 200 life points then I kill his soldier with
amphibian beast then end the game with skull
Round
three Me (Rob) vs. Damon (2nd in store)
God,
this guy was good. At the start he puts
a GAF in atk mode and one card face down.
I activate pot of greed and I get diddly squat, so I put sinister
serpent in defence mode and my waboku face-down. He summons another GAF and attacks my sinister serpent with one,
but I activate waboku, he ends his turn and then I finnaly get something good,
I place cyber jar in def mode but he activates freakin royal command, he
summones bazoo the soul eater , killes my cyber jar, then attacks with bazoo
for direct damage. Next turn I decide
to activate card destruction, and I see that this mofo had a Yata in his and,
im like THANK GOD, anyways I get change of heart and monster reborn from card
destruction, I activate change of heart on his bazoo (powered up) then I power it
up even more and attack his GAF, that’s all the life point dmg he takes all
game, next couple turns he wins.
