Ok there’s about 16 people there
about half I know like p.j., darius, and kris. Also La marquis and his friends I
knew were there. The tournament was being held at marks friends by there street and it was was one duel per match
and whoever wins gets to choose a card from the loser deck (ya I know high
stakes huh)but it’s the way we like to play. Anyways it started at around
Round mevs.garrison (runs a wimpy beatdown)
Ok I went first laying down mirror force and a meb in defense along with a 7tool down. He went and attacked my meb with a ryukishin powered flipped meb and killed it. A couple turns later I was beating him down he was at like 1000 LP left and me at 7000 due to tremendous flame. I drew the perfect staple card heavy storm! And used it to clear his field. Sacrificed my wotbf for judge man and put gaf in my hand laid down offerings to the doomed and attacked his face down monster it was a meb.his turn he put down lajinn ottd it and laid down gaf and attacked for the win.
Updates on my friend’s, darius had won against a kid took his dark united we stand, kris had also won and took the kids call of the haunted and p.j had won also taking the kids beta the magnet warrior. Oh and I picked a bewd from garrison’s deck :).
Round two: me vs. C.J. (Toon deck)
Well all I can say is this match was over in 5 turns I had a gaf with card destruction in my hand. And mon. reborn. Along with a normal summon with my other gaf. Hit him next turn for 4600 lp. Using raigeki and two turns later got back raigeki with maf and attacked again for the win.
Updates on my friends: Darius won again and took the kids gaf so I’ll have to face him in the semi finals :).
Kris and p.j. also won there’s and got pre. Burial and Jinzo so they will be facing each other to in the semi finals :).
Also I took the kids Toon bewd so that kinda ruined his deck a lot but hey no one forced him to enter.
Round Three semi-finals: me vs. darius
I had kinda help him put his deck together so I had the upper hand but he did to
He new my deck pretty good but also loses against it most of the time.
I told him if he backs out now I won’t take his card but refused the offer so the duel started I went first with meb facedown and a trap down.
He went next putting out darkfire soldier #1 in attack mode attacked and both df and meb were destroyed. He ended his turn laying down an m/t.
I went next by putting out Gemini in attack equipped with an ax and attack he reavealed his waboku. His turn came and laid down a defence Mon. I went next pulled out Rageki and used it, layed down wotbf and attacked directly at his LP. Me 8000 him 5100
He layed down ekibo drakmord on my Gemini Oh no! Then put a lajinn in attack with an ax and killed my wotbf and I got gaf from my deck. He ended laying down three m/t down. My turn I lay down two m/t, then I lay down gaf and attack his lajinn with Gemini he uses waboku and I counter with 7tools he counters with solem judgment then I counter with another 7 tools :). I attack with gaf and he’s down to 150 LP. With me at 6000. His turn he uses dark hole and sets a monster in defence and lays down another card. I go and draw gearfried have mirror force down and have karate man and monster reb. In my hand. I lay down monster reborn and get out Gemini and lay down gearfried and he activates torrential tribute and his turn comes he puts down anther dark fire soldier with another ax and attacks I activate mirror force draw judge man lay down karate man and attack for the win. I win :).
Updates on my friend’s kris won over p.j. and took his Jinzo and will face me in the finals. I also took darius’s ax of despair and added it to my deck to make it three.
Well come to finals I offered kris to back out so he wouldn’t lose his Jinzo if I won Cause I wanted it and what do you think he said,”ok” cause there is no way in hell I’m losing this card!” So since I won I got a free pack from my friends who were hosting the tournament In it I got My third Gemini Elf!!!!!!! Well that’s basically it and I can’t wait to come to the tourney next Saturday now for props and slops:
