If you won the first two you got three points and that's the best you can do. If you won the first and last or the last two duels, then you would get three points but it's not as good as winning the first two. After that, the top 8 (changed to 9) people would go on to the final two out of three bracket tournament. Prizes: Everyone not in the top 9 got a free booster of LON or PSV 5th-8th: $5.00 store credit 3rd-4th: $14.00 store credit 2nd: $30.00 store credit 1st: $60.00 store credit Duel 1: Easy easy easy easy, nothing more to say here. Duel 2: Ditto Duel 3: Ditto Alright, undefeated, obviously I'm going to the top 9 There were three good players here and they were all friends. So if two tied themselves so the would BOTH go to the final round. It was ticking me off. Not to mention they split their winnings at the end. *urge to kill rising* Anyways, on to the duels at the top 9. Duel 1: This guy basically ran a Clown Control that wasn't that great -Battle 1: He won. We were stalemate but I couldn't get in too many attacks so I lost. -Battle 2: Very close but I kept pulling out monster removal and m/t removal for the win. -Battle 3: Can't really remember this one but I won. He didn't pull too many stalls and the one he did got Heavy Stormed. 0wnage! Duel 2: Powerful Beatdown I dunno if it was the guy's annoyingly long hair that made me lose or just that my deck sucks. -Battle 1: Stupid Hayabusa + Axe of Despair for 4000 damage. I hate that. He just be me from then on. Skull Lair, what a n00b card. I need to get some Kycoo's and show them what I'm made of. -Battle 2: Same as before. Overpowered me with his good cards and stupid Skull Lair. So I lost and thus ends the story. My deck is actually pretty bad. It's been updated with a Joey starter so it helped out a little, but not a lot. I got 4th place and $14. I'm working on a burner for next tourney so maybe I'll have a new deck by then. I'm tired of beatdown, it's time to show these people what strategy is all about. Props: -got $14! -Conquered my goal of 3rd or 4th place with this deck -Got great pulls in MTG and YGO packs that I bought with the $14 -My brother lent me his Raigeki and Mirror force since he didn't come Slops: -Kinda got ripped off for the MoP I traded for but I was in a hurry and I just traded MTG cards I was never going to use -Beatdown still reigns supreme -My brother didn't come
