Some might remember my last tourney Report I had an Exodia deck then and it did not do to well. I have changed my deck since then simply because my brother (who I gave half if not all my good power up cards too) retired from the game since we got a Gamecube. I now have his deck (which never got him to far in a Tourney) and have customized it to my liking. Right now there are a few cards missing thanx to a ‘friend’. I am missing my United we stand, Bazoo, and Magic Cylinder. My deck is basically beatdown with the option of or burn simply because it is good to not always attack when your opponent has a cylinder or something else down well now on to the tourney.
I reached their like five minutes before the tourney thanx to YuYu Hakusho (must watch) and traffic. When I got there I signed up and went looking for some trades but found none and coincidentally no one wanted the few cards I had (I had ran out of the house grabbing a handful of cards) Anyway the Tourney Starts.
Me Vs. Chris (lost paper I had info on…if you read this which I doubt sorry)
I forgot… It was not that hard though he was good but not too good and he was lacking good cards so I basically placed my strong monsters and whipped out his life points.

Next Duel Basically the same thing went back and forth he attack I attacked I won

Now what had happened was this the kid next to me is like eleven years old but he is one of the top five in our store and very good. He runs a wicked beat down only risky card is a barrel dragon. I knew since we were the first two in our row that since I won and he won we would be playing next.
Me Vs ‘The Kid’ (do not know his name…forget to ask)
First Duel;
WE both run beat downs so you all know what to expect I place a couple 18 attack monsters he does the same except down in the duel he brings out gemini elf and powers it up and another rmonster and clears my field down to one card. I am on the run now no more cards to bring my monster higher than the elf and nothing in my hand. HE brings out barrel dragon and I set a mosnter so he attacks one and uses the effect to kill the other. I manage to defend my life points with scapegoat and finally put down Torriential tribute and pray he brings out a monster soon. He attacks till only one scapegoat remains and then summons a monster at which I play TT and kill em all. I then bring out an 18 attack monster and take his life points to 700 and he places one card in face down defence. Now I have hyabusa knight and Valio both powered up and he has only one card on the field no magic no traps and he made an angry face and sighed when he placed this card down. Now I KNOW (not think KNOW) that the card is cyberjar and I knew he was faking being angry but I had to attack because I had used my N of Crossout and he still had Raigeki and mirror force in his deck so I did and all our monsters died. I got like three monsters and he got one and raigeki and some other cards. He placed his one goblin AF in attack mode and I had to move all of mine to defence having none that could kill it and enough life points to survive on direct attack form the Force. He Raigekid pulled mage power and killed me.

Duel 2:
The same thing back and forth cept I used scapegoat twice and managed to attack killing his monsters and using snatch steal on his valio and equiping it with a mask. Now I ws loosing 1000 each turn and he was gaining 1000 only I kept attacking and killing his monsters and his life points. Now I am down to like 2100 and he is down to 100 on the dot and he managed to kill all of my monsters and lost his own in the process. I have only one scapegoat on the field that had somehow stayed there since my like 6th turn and we both had less than half a deck. I drew (my hand being empty and so was his along with both our fields (do not ask how that happened) I was up one card in my hand and one monster on the field. The card in my hand was an axe of despair so I smiled turned my scapegoat in attack mode and equipped it and attack for the win!
There was some argument about if a sheep token could attack or not but the number one and two players at the store were called in and they both agreed with me that I could attack.
ME: 8000, 6400, 5400, 2400, 2100
Him: 8000, 5400, 2800, 100, 0
Duel 3:
This one was short and so I’ll keep it short. Him; Hayabusa two axe mage power and nobelman of crossout and heavy storm. Me 3 montsers 3 magic traps. His first turn (I went first) heavy storm crossout power up the knight and attack for 7000. Me another monster drawn and I pack up and shake his hand and went looking for trades.
Me: 8000, 1000, 0
Him: 8000
Basically it hope it is not too long or anything but next time I plan to do beter I am going to get some more cards like another bazoo or two and win that tourney.
I also realized something I am one of the best duelists in that place around 5th or 6th yet I cannot get enough points to get that position thanx to losing so valuable cards and playing somoen too good too early
