Hello, all duelists and fans.  You obviously know me by now and I am sure for those who have been reading my tournament reports for the past few weeks are excited to hear this chapter of events.  Last week, for those who don't know, I used a Dark Burner-type of deck and didn't let my Darkness Beatdown have a chance.  Well, I dismantled the burner and I am now onto Machines, or more like Dark Machines.  Let me know what good machines to use if you have any ideas.  If so, my e-mail address is at the bottom.
Well, I am sure that you are anxious to check out how my tournament went, but first, here is my deck so you know what I have:

It may be the same thing as the last time... and the last time... and the last time... and... well, every time, I guess, it always does the job right.  Some of you may think not too highly of my Darkness Beatdown Deck, but I am sure you'll think again when it wipes your field clean, along with your life points.
Anyways, the tournament began like every Saturday except I had to go to a Band Performance with my trumpet.  Luckilly, I got there on time and was greeted by great duelists like Dominique (I think that is how his name is spelled).  Jeric was there later, and Broc and Tony was there, too.  I thought that I wouldn't be able to duel in the tournament today because of a policy I was told, but it turned out that I was able to duel, anyways :).  My first opponent was... guess who?  Broc Golden was my first opponent.  Here is what happened in my rounds of the tournament.

Round One: Me vs. Broc Golden (Watered-down Water Beatdown?)
Well, so much for the powerful water deck.  He was using some unique tactics and could hardly bring out any monsters to the look of it.  I started by using The Forceful Sentry on his Star Boy in his hand to leave him open and summoned a monster.  Then, he summoned Star Boy, played Umiiruka and attacked, which I used Magic Cylinders.  On my turn, I used either Tribute to the Doomed or Raigeki (I got to keep better notes of my reports) and attacked him directly with Mystic Tomato...or so I thought.  He played Mirror Force and destroyed my plant.  On my next turn, I played Delinquent Duo on his hand (which he only had two cards).  I kept eating at his life points, but the one to show up was The Legendary Fisherman.  Lucky me, huh.  Ofcourse, it was nothing a little Man-Eater Bug can handle.  Then, I finished him off with Witch of the Black Forest.
He went first the second round and started with a monster in defense mode.  Luckily I kept a Dark Hole in handy.  I attacked his life points, but was stalled with Swords of Revealing Light.  I eventually, after swords were gone, pulled up Summoned Skull with United We Stand.  I did some damage, but it was gone the next turn.  A whole bunch of back and forth damage took place until both of our fields were clean.  I went for desperate measures and summoned Kuriboh with United We Stand and was eating away at his life points.  Once he was down to about 450, he got rid of my pet.  It was my turn, which I used up my Magician of Faith as a target to flip my Man-Eater Bug and attacked his life points directly, making me win the match.  Score: 2-0

Round Two: Me vs. Jericho Hollister (Darkness Beatdown)
Oh, aren't I lucky to take on my friend, who is equal in deck strength to me? It was a hard match, but we exchanged blows back and forth.  I started with the disabling card, Confiscation, and played Witch of the Black Forest in attack mode.  His turn, he sounded like he didn't pull up a monsters considering the sound of his frustration.  My turn, I attached Axe of Despair on my Witch and hit him this turn and next turn.  After that, he Tribute to the Doomed my Witch and still didn't have a monster.  I decided to go for some more damage and my pet Kuriboh did my evil bidding again.  Bwahahahahahaha!!!  I attacked his life points until they were no more.
The second match, I couldn't pull up anything to counter his assault and lost quickly because of his Kycoo and Summoned Skull.  :(
The third match was nothing but exchanging blows continuously.  It eventually went down to me having only Kycoo and Heavy Storm in my hand and him having a Summoned Skull out and an Axed Mystic Tomato, while I had 300 life points and him with 450.  I played Heavy Storm to destroy Axe of Despair, summoned Kycoo, hoped that it was not Kuriboh in his hand and finished off his Mystic Tomato, along with his life points.  Great job, Jeric :)       Score: 4-1
Round Three: Me vs. Tony Golden (Exodia Deck)
Tony was giving me a headache before the duel, which ticked me off by the way.  He started off with Graceful Charity and later used Magician of Faith to do it again.  I was eventually screwed by Exodia.
The second round, my pet Kuriboh seemed to do serious damage again.  Man, with this card, I can destroy alot of people's reputation.  Getting beaten by a Kuriboh...Bwahahahahahaha!!!!!  His life points were depleted before you could say "It's time to duel!"
The third round, he pulled up Exodia suspiciously because his mouth was jabbering to his friends about how many parts he had in his hand.  Once again, "Exodia, Obliterate!"  :(  I am not liking Exodia at all.  Score: 5-3

Well, I got third place, which isn't too bad, but the fact that Tod didn't give off a single pack upsets me, Jeric and Michael, and everyone else there.  I don't think that is fair at all.  :(

Props:
