my decks strategy is simple just power up and attack, I always attack a face down monster and hope for the best. It was a crummy Saturday, so me and my bro and my best friend scott went to the boys club for our first real tourney. We payed the three dollars and I scrambled to trade for 2 axe of despairs. I got them just in time for the tournament and shaking like a leaf, I sat down.

I knew this cocky kid from school. I was nervous because I started playing on Christmas and hes been doing it 4 about a year now. I got some crummy monsters like battle ox and attacked it went back and forth but a soon as I got the upper hand, I killed those stupid nimble momunga cards raising his life points to 3000 after I killed the other 2. but after I trap holed his ryu ran I drew shield and sword, and used making my labyrinth wall 3000 and him an open field after round one I gained confidence and he lost it. I finished him with my summoned skull. (meanwhile, my friend scott was eliminated by some little girl and my brother ryan (9) won against an extremely hard opponent. I enjoyed my victory while could, and the next match wouldn’t be so easy

this was a big shock , and I got worried, my lil bro was good at the game, and either way, one of us would lose. He ran lord of d. so I had to work around it. In the first matchhe defended into submission, but in match 2 it looked good for him. He lord of d + flue of summon dragon two blue eyes and killed my jinzo. Thankfully, I flipped invader of the throne and took his blue eyes. After guving it an axe of despair, I wiped out his remaining life points. I felt bad, but I knew he would cheer me on in my next duel.
My undefeated record didn’t go to my head as I knew it would double the challenge in my next round, but there was three people left so I rolled the die and got a buy. I was headed for the finals and prepared by shuffling my deck and drawing cards. I was called for my final match and sat down, facing a 10 year old girl

I don’t remember much about this duel, I just know that we went back and forth but my trusty summoned skull broke through her defences in the next match, my worst nightmare occurred, I got no monsters. Messanger of peace helped me for a while but her combo of mystic space typhoone, lord of d. flute of dragon, blue eyes times 2 finished me. I was reely flustered, but I knew I could beat her. This round we went back and forth, I tributed my crass clown for a labrynth wall but iw asnt getting me anywhere. The olf lord of d came out and two blue eyes were back. I closed my eyes and trusted in the heart of the cards. Sure enough, it came through and summoned skull with an axe came out I won the tournament, or so I thought. After shaking the girls ahnd , her daddy came out and proposed the champion of the kids tourney (me) and the adult one (him) should have one final duel. I reely got killed. My summon skull axe combo go broken by a snatch steal. Things went downhill, and a mirror force finished me. I got a legendary fisherman outta my booster, I got 2 more but nuttin good. Im reely psyched about the next tournament for more chances to play my new favorite gamme!!
