DAY ONE

I arrived at about the 1:30 Saturday. Wow, was this place packed...we (my bros and I) had to park on the highest level in the parking garage. After my mom finally found a place to park, I asked a Tour helper where registration was. "Bottom floor," she said. All the way down at the bottom floor, we registered and got our free stuff. I got a Mr. Volcano...whoopee! Psyche. Anyway, we wandered around trying to find the open duel fields, and finally found one...on the top floor! Lol. We were getting plenty of excercise. Anyway, the place was packed. I couldn't believe how many adults were there.

I first watched a few people duel...mostly newbies, so I helped with rulings a bit. No one that I knew was there, so I dueled some new people. I beat every one of them. With confidence just oozing from me, I went down to the Game Keeper. I love this store. I looked at my watch, and it was 3:00. HOLY CRAP! My Duelist King Challenge was starting! "Buy me a pack," I told my mom.

Down at the Challenge, I stood in line, waiting to woop some kids. My 2 little bros come down and hand me a PSV pack. "Mom bought you this," they said. I opened it and pulled...IMPERIAL ORDER! Unfortunately, I had no spare sleeves with me, so I couldn't put it in my deck. Oh well, the "tourney" was about to start anyway.

ROUND ONE

Weeji vs. little kid

3 turn win. I don't feel like talking about it because nothing happened...

ME: 8000

HIM: 0

ROUND TWO

Weeji vs. Kid with Starter Deck (Yugi)

See above.

ME: 8000

HIM: 0

ROUND THREE

Weeji vs. Edward

This kid was really nice, even though he was only like 9-10 years old. He wasn't that good, but he dealt with his loss pretty well. Good try, man.

ME: 8000

HIM:0

Well, that was extraordinarily easy. I hoped I would at least earn my sticker, but they may as well have just given it to me. Oh well, back to the dueling field, where I traded until I had to leave.

DAY TWO

Today was even more crowded than yesterday, though it was a lot more fun (prolly because of the mistakes they fixed). I started off just like yesterday, except I didn't register, just my two little bros. We went to the dueling field, and boy i got some sweet trades. Legendary Fisherman and Cosmo Queen for a Raigeki and a Goblin Attack Force. Can you say RIP-OFF? Anyway, I helped my littlest bro (6 years old) keep score for a few games. He owned everyone he faced. He even beat a kid twice his age! He's really good for his age. After watching this sweetness, some kid walked up and asked me to duel for keeps (rarest card). This was probably the worst part of the day. After 1 attack away from winning, he claims that he needs to shuffle again because he has 2 raigekis. I was really PO'ed. but whatever...I let him. Next duel, same thing, except he says his dad was calling him and he had to go...=(I turned around and saw his "dad" taking a picture of a little kid. I turn around, and he's gone.

Using my little brother's slip, I entered for a chance to face the masters there. I actually got picked, but it was the shortest match ever in my life. I lost in 4 turns. If anyone faces these guys, I would recommend using MoP or Gravity Bind. They all play beatdowns with 3 Mech. Chasers and 3 GaF's. Beware...

Overall, I had a lot of fun. Now Props and Slops...

Props

-To Edward, being a good sport

-To kid I traded for GaF and Raigeki

-To the Game Keeper

-Everyone who came

Slops

-To that kid who ran away

-To the adults there who complain about the slightest imperfections in the cards I wanted to trade
