What's up? This is my first tournament report on Pojo. I have played Yu-Gi-Oh! for about 3 months. I used to be a die-hard Magic Player, but a washing machine incident caused me to stop playing. That is a TP2 Morphing Jar, I traded a Jinzo and Gemini Elf for it. It was a pretty good trade I thought.

I play at a store called Game World. I am currently ranked #2 in my store, behind a kid named Jeff and his wicked Clowns. You may know my cousin, Blacklabel, he writes tournament reports on Pojo alot.

It was a nice day, sunny and a little warm. I could smell the Spring in the air. Which was fine with me, because I wanna go skateboarding soon. I'm going kind of crazy without it.

I entered with my deck in one hand and a bottle of Cherry Coke in the other. I saw Jeff and Ryan dueling and went over to watch til the duels started.

Round 1
Me vs. Tony (Exodia)

I have never faced Tony before, so I didn't know what to expect. Hrrmmmm, Hand Disruption vs. Exodia, who will win?

First duel, Wow, this kid whined alot. Everytime I made a move, he called a Judge over to see if it was legal. Loser! I didn't want to hear him complain anymore, so I used Dark Hole and laid Cannon Soldier and attacked for the win.

Second duel, He got mad at me when I used Trap Hole on his Cannon Soldier, he said if I did it again he would punch me. So, naturally I did it again. He got disqualified for swearing and threatening me.

Round 2
Me vs. Flipmode (Beatdown)

I've totally owned him everytime I played him, so I was confident going in.

First duel, He had an Infinite Cards in play and a super Muka Muka on the field. I was chipping away at his life points with Cannon Soldier. He got the break when he used Raigeki and hit me with a 5100 Muka Muka. I have 2900 life points left. He attacked my Nimble Momonga and I gained 1000 life points. I flipped Morphing Jar, laid Cannon Soldier, launched and won.

Second duel, His Fairy Boxes were keeping him in it, but were doing 1000 damage every stand by phase. He got down to 1500. I launched 2 monsters, bringing him down to 500. He used Megamorph and hit my Spear Cretin, now I'm at 120. I laid another Cannon Soldier and launched for the win.

Round 3
Me vs. Chris (Beatdown)

This kid had a 9 year olds concept of what a beatdown is. 3 Blue Eye and no Lord of D? C'mon now!

First duel, I had a Robbin Goblin out, and was launching with Cannon Soldier; discarding left and right. He laid a Goblin Attack Force and hit me for 1400. I played Raigeki, and nailed him with Cannon Soldier and GSOS for the win.

Second duel, This duel was his from the start. I got all Magic and Traps for 5 turns! He decimated me in turn 7. My first loss of the tournament.

Third duel, My Morphing Jar came through for me again. I used Robbin Goblin and Cannon Soldier to empty his hand. He didn't have any monsters out, so it was time for some direct attacking to finish him off.

Round 4 FINALS
Me vs. Jeff (Clowns)

Jeff gets to the finals every week. It was just a matter of who faced him. This week it was my chance.

First duel, I owned him with White Magical Hat and Cannon Soldier. My Nimbles were getting on his nerves. He tried to lay some of his Clowns, but Raigeki cleared the field and I attacked with Cannon Soldier for the win.

Second duel, His Clowns were getting annoying and so were his Messengers and Binds. I cleared those with Heavy Storm. Hit him a few times with Cannon Soldier and Wall of Illusion. He tried Raigeki, but I had Imperial Order waiting. He ended the duel with White Magical Hat and Man-Eater bug.

Hey, I swept Jeff, that's pretty cool. I won my 8 boosters and pulled a few things to help my deck, but not much. Peace!

Shouts out!
To the Yu-Gi-Oh! gamers out there and around the world, keep on gaming. Jeff and Blacklabel, what's up?! And to Game World, awesome prizes and awesome owners! Also my deck and the Pojo writers out there!

Peace out!
