Welcome, one and all, to the mystery that is the God of a Thousand Eyes. The is my first report,
but by no means my first tourney. The Tourneys are scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM....
but they never even let us in ‘til then. So it doesn’t really start until like 9:45 AM,
and in the winter, in Illinois...standing outside from 7:50 to 9:00 in the morning...
is anything but fun. Moving right along to my deck of choice.
This deck has a dual purpose:
To lockdown the field so that just the God of 1000 eyes (Thousand Eyes Restrict) can attack,
or to draw out his lesser followers: The Relinquished.

Thousand Eyes Restrict x 1 (There can only be one)

Relinquished x 2 (One to convert non-believers, and one to offer himself as a sacrifice to appease the almighty)

Now that the long, drawn out Deck List is done, let's begin, ok?
Well, cost is $3.50...ya lose, ya get a TP2 pack...nifty, huh? I have no clue what you get for winning a tournament.
>From what I've been told, nothing. So, I and 31 other lucky people get let into the building.
And this place is far from large, so 32+ bodies are crammed together. And then ther are the 10 people that aren't
even playing, just there to watch. Fun. And they have it set up so that one line you buy a tournament slip,
and another line to buy packs and the like, so double the confusion. I'm poor, so I just buy a slip...that and
I don't have good luck on packs...(eBay!!) Once in the gameroom, I have a seat next to my friends Zach and Brent.
Zach is...not too good. Brent is...too good. Brent and I have a couple of practice duels before the actually tourney starts...
and I loose them both. Now we begin the Tournament. That last of the season!

Round 1: Starscream Vs. David (Beatdown)
--Match 1 (David)--
Well...right before we start, 2 kids' decks go missing. So there asking if anyone has seen them, or if anyone has them
to fess up to it. No one does. So they ask for people who wouldn't mind having thier stuff searched, just incase.
Alot of people raise thy hands. They said they'll search between matches.
NOW!!First move goes to: David. He sets 2 magics/traps and a Harpie's Bro. in attack mode. He ends his turn. Next I draw,
a Bistro Butcher.David's move. He tributes his Harpie's for a Summoned Skull. TRAP HOLE! My turn! I draw. La Jinn. Set.
End Turn. Now, David draws a Fiend Megacyber, and Special Summons it with an Axe >_<!! After my La Jinn Kicks the bucket,
I draw a Senju! Play Senju! Use Effect! Tribute Senju! Play Relinquished! Absorb the FMC! Attack! DARK HOLE?!
WHY?! After David Plays that...my game goes down hill...
--Match 2-- (Starscream)
Well, I go first now! And one deck has been found. It was hidden from the kid on a high shelf. To start, I draw
Trap Hole, Trap Hole, Magic Jammer, Imperial Order, Black Pendant, Nuzzler! NOTHING! Same thing happens to David...This
happens for about 4 more turns, then I draw a Maha! YAY! I set her, equip her, and BAM! DIRECT! Then he plays...DARK HOLE!!
WHY?! Well, I jam that SOB. he has nothing. I direct. Last turn he had to discard a Summoned Skull, then he reborns it.
I draw Relinquished. And I have the Ritual in my hand. So I offer a crappy monster in my hand to summon it, then I yank
his skull, and I win!
--Match 3-- (Starscream)
This match I can't remember. He put up a nice fight though.
After the match the 2nd kid with a stolen deck found it. In his coat pocket...

Round 2: Starscream Vs. Ryan (Beatdown)
--Match 1 (Ryan)--
This guy's crazy. He's just...wierd. Not scary wierd. Funny wierd. When we duel, we yell at the top of our lungs
our moves and child-like threats (Left Handed Onions, Ryan). Well By now, matches are fuzzy. He always beats me,
so I kinda just don't care. Well...he won.
--Match 2 (Starscream)--
I asked him before the duel started to let me win, so I could go out in a blaze of glory. HE DIDNT!! I HAD TO EARN IT!
Trap hole this! Jam that! Order here! Tribute your guy! After the chaos ended. I had drawn along the way my Fusion
Gate, TEI, Relink x2! And 1 ritual! I play the fusion and call upon the fearful God of a Thousand Eyes! I absorb his face
up Harpie's Bro and attack a facedown...Magician of Faith. Took back his Pot of Greed. The he plays Fissure! WHY?!
and sets a 7 Colored Fish. I summon Relinquished and absorb the 7CF, and win! This was a fun one...battle
of the 7 Tools!
--Match 3 (Starscream)--
Well...he was mad. Wanted revenge. He kept drawing traps and weak monsters. Early on I summoned Relinquished and took a
Man-Eater Bug. and I had all his defense gone, and i had my own MEB and a Bistro Butcher, and chipped away with them.
I felt so good! Ryan was one of the best ppl at TIY!!!

Round 3: Starscream Vs. Some Kid....(Evil Deck)
--Match 1 + 2--
These went so fast I couldn't pay attention Hane-Hanes, MEBs, Summoned Skull...
Then Match 2 he SnatchSteal'd my Maha Vailo and killed my with her and a Summoned Skull.

YIPPIES:
Ryan: for losing. Suka.
Brent and Zach: For offering practice and fun for all.
David: For being an awesome duelist.
Going to the 3rd round for the 2nd time!

BOOS:
Nothing Good in my Tourney Pack.
No Prize for going to the 3rd round. Last time i got a Magazine and a pack...
The Evil Deck Kid: for being evil.
The people that hid the one kid's deck. Sound like card thieves to me.
Not remebering matches better...
