Today my partner in crime robert attended the tournament with me. I made
some pimp trades. I traded graverobber for imperial order, swords of
revealing light and promo buster blader for fiend megacyber and gearfried (I
was desperate), and I traded my barrel dragon for another goblin attack
force (I'm very desperate, but I am still sexy).

This is how it went, if you lose in the first round you move on to the loser
bracket. If you win you move on to the winner bracket. Any losees after that
mean your out of the tourney. =(

Round 1 : Odin (SmashnBash) vs John (Cannot say deck)

Odin: 8000-
John: 8000-5500-2100-300-0

Duel 1: I did not want to play him because he was my friend but I had to do
what I had to do. Let's see to start things off I used change of heart to
bring out summoned skull early hitting him hard in the beginning, I also
managed to bust out scapegoat. Next turn he played a face down and I
attacked it was morphing jar #2. I discarded my mirror force and both my
heavy storms before i got 3 monsters (it was man eater bug, harpies bro, and
la jinn). Anyways he played a face down and on my turn and I played raigeki
and tributed for Jinzo. On his turn he fissured it and played no monster.
On my turn I attacked with harpies bro, on his turn he played nothing and
that was game.

Odin: 8000-6200-5200
John: 8000-5700-3300-0

Round 2: This duel was very quick. First he starts off with a face down
card and four cards face down. On my turn I play heavy storm and dark hole
clearing the field and I hit him with a goblin attack force. Next turn he
stalls long enough but eventually my Jinzo came out backed with goblin
attack force and harpies bro. that was game.

Record: 2-0

Round 2: Odin (SmashnBash) vs Michael (beatdown)

Odin: 8000-7000-3200-400-0
Michael: 8000-4900-3050

Duel 1: This guy was good and he won 2nd place last week, he's about 11
years old I think. Anyways in this duel I got a monster out early when he
played some weird trap card that forced me to use 7 tools. I forgot what
the card was. Time passes with me on the defense. At one point he played
witch of the black forest with united we stand and mage power picking off my
defenses. I was able to change of heart it hitting him hard. On his turn
he busts out a Jinzo and he picks off my defense. I was abe to hit him for
950 damage (I forgot how though it didn't matter because I lost this one).

Michael: 8000-3900-0

Duel 2: This duel was quick. I went first and I played goblin attack force
and a trap hole face down. On his turn he plays a card face down and ends
his turn. On my turn I play raigeki and gearfried and I summoned goblin
attack force hitting him for 4100 damage. Next turn he sets a card face and
a magic/trap face down. I play a la jinn he plays trap hole I use 7 tools.
I then play tribute to the doomed getting rid of the facedown card and I
won.

Odin: 8000-6200-3800-3000
Michael: 8000-4600-3800-1600-0

Duel 3: This duel was scary!! He gets off strong with a kycoo hitting me
direct. On my turn I stall long enough to bring Out Jinzo backed up by wall
of illusion. I played raigeki and went direct. On his turn he busted out
Jinzo and a card face down then he played raigeki to go direct. On my turn
I special summoned the fiend megacyber and a 1800 monster then I played
fissure on his jinzo and tribute to the doomed on his face down. On his
turn he flipped his momonga and equipped it with united we stand and mage
power getting it to somewhere around 3000 attack killing my megacyber. I
was relaxed though because I snatch stealed the momonga played another 1800
monster and won. This was a very close duel and I lost a lot of confidence
when I lost the 1st duel.

Round 3: Odin (SmashnBash) vs Edmar (Control)

Odin: 8000-7100-5400
Edmar: 8000-5200-4600-4300-0

Duel 1: To start things off I played wall of illusion face down and I set
down mirror force. He played a monster and attacked then I played mirror
force. On my turn I played gearfried and wall illusion then I attacked for
2800. On his turn he played an 1800 monster killing my wall of illusion.
On my turn I played a man eater bug face down. On his turn he played dream
clown and ended his turn. I played a gearfried and killed his dream clown
and then when it was his turn he set a card face down and a monster face
down. I played nobleman and flipped my magician of faith bringing back a
magic and going direct, then I set a trap hole down and ended my turn. On
his turn he plays nothing a card face down. On my turn I play change of
heart and tribute the monster for summoned skull and I attacked and that was
game.

Odin: 8000-7000
Edmar: 8000-5450-2900-0

Duel 2: First edmar plays a monster down and 1 magic/trap down. On my turn
I play penguin soldier face down and trap hole. On his turn he plays one
more face down. On my turn I flip penguin soldier, play gearfried and I
attacked. On his turn he played a card face down. On my turn I played
tribute to the doomed and I attacked with gearfried and penguin soldier
again, then to end my turn i set 7 tools. On his turn he played a card face
down and a monster face down. I played change of heart and tribute for
summoned skull he then played mask of restrict but I played 7 tools winning
the duel.

Round 4: Odin (SmashnBash) vs JC (beatdown)

Odin: 8000-6200-3800-1400-0
JC: 8000-

Duel 1: I was so pissed because I did not want to play him (-_-*). I
seriously got bad luck against this guy *shakes fists at JC*. Anyways I
went first and set a trap hole down and a man eater bug face down. He
played heavy storm and nobleman of crossout, he then went direct with kycoo.
On my turn I tried playing a monster only to get trap holed. On his turn
he busted out his stupid jinzo hitting me hard. I could not get rid of the
stupid jinzo so I lost.

Odin: 8000-5200-4200-1000
JC: 8000-6200-5400-6400-7400-8400-6600-1200-2200-

Duel 2: I could have won this duel but I made a dumb mistake! Anyways I
went first and I played trap hole and a gearfried face up. He attempted to
play a monster on his turn but I trap holed it. On my turn I attack with my
gearfried and I set a card face down. On his turn he played a card face
down and played heavy storm destroying my stupid mirror force and scapegoat
and I did not know I could chain it (DOH!!!). Soon enough he busted out his
nimble momongas getting a 3000 boost. He equipped his momonga with united
we stand powered by scapegoat doh doh doh!.. and hit me hard. I managed to
snatch steal it and play raigeki getting rid of his scapegoats. On his turn
he got rid of all the monsters and he played monsters. On my turn I did not
realized JC had no cards in his hand and the only monster I had was cyber
jar and I was contemplating playing it in face up or face down. I made the
stupidest mistake by playing face down. And on his turn he played no
monsters! That would have been direct damage! I had no choice but to flip
cyber jar getting a brand new hand. It screwed me in the end because he
played another scapegoat and a bunch of goblin attack forces and what not.
DOH DOH DOH!!!!!! I could have won this duel *sigh* *slaps cyber jar around
with a bit with a large trout*
