The entry fee was 15 dollars, expensive huh? My side deck wasn’t that good but I had some crucial cards in there. My plan was to wipe the field of everything and attack them directly with my Machines double up from Limiter Removal. Oh yeah, This lucky bonghole got a Gemeni Elf and after the tournament won a Spellbinding Circle at the raffle afterwards.

Round #1- Me vs some little kid with a huge deck

Duel #1- This guy had some good cards but his deck was like 90 cards. I felt sorry for him so I let him choose who would go first. He wanted to so we started. I drew some good cards, I don’t remember this duel very well but what I did was used stuff like Change of Heart and Raigeki to Clear the field and powered up my Machines and attacked to win.

Duel #2- Same thing happened but at the end he couldn’t put a monster out, I had my Jinzo out, so I let him have one more turn but after I couldn’t resist so I attacked and won with Jinzo.

Round #2- Me vs some Relquinched kid who cheated and put it on top every time

Duel #1- This kid cheated! Before the tournament dueled my sister (who came also and got 3rd) and drew his Relquinched and Black Illusion Ritual on his first turn right next each other. After He dueled my best friend and pulled Relquinched all three times (my friend lost to him) and also I saw him pull it two more times later in the tournament.

Well anyways, I cut his deck and he didn’t pull it, no one else cut his deck!

So I did what I did to the first kid to him, but he brought out his Lord of D, used Flute of Summoning Dragon, and brought out a Blue-Eyes. Now I had a Mirror Force but I couldn’t use it because of Lord of D. I played a Tribute to the Doomed on his Lord of D but he thought I was using it on his Blue-Eyes You should of seen the look on his face! But then the bonghole reborns it and attacks a face down Overdrive I played with Blue-Eyes and attacks directly with Lord of D. On my turn I couldn’t do nothing so it’s his turn. But the stupid sacrifices his Lord of D for a Summoned Skull. Of course he attacks and now I activate Mirror Force. It went down hill from there, I brought out monsters and attacked directly. Easy victory after the Blue-Eyes matter.

Duel #2- Not much to say here, I attacked him directly a lot and won.

Round #3- Me vs some cool teenager with a Barrel Dragon

Duel #1- I can’t remember what happened but I won.

Duel #2- This was cool. On my first turn I drew a Change of Heart, all my Axes, and a Overdrive and a Limiter Removal. I go first and play Overdrive with one Axe just to not waste all of them for some reason. His turn he plays a m0onster face down and a face down trap. It’s my turn now and I think you guys know what I’m going to do. I use Change of Heart on his card, it’s a Mystical Elf. I put it in attack mode and equip my remaining 2 Axes on Overdrive. It’s up to 4600 and ready for a direct attack. Now I was scared about his trap but I take risks a lot! I activated Limiter Removal doubling Overdrive to 9200 and ATTACK! His trap card couldn’t help him so that’s how I got my quickest victory ever!

Round #4- Finals! Me vs a nice guy named Christian

Duel #1- This guy had a beatdown deck slash burner in his sidedeck. I hate burners! My sister just lost to this guy from his burner cards, but I beat my sister all the time so I wasn’t scared. So the first duel was easy, I drew cards to dispose of his monsters and won.

Duel #2- He used his side deck to but in his burner cards. The sidedeck was over 15 cards but it was ok with me. I forgot what happened but in the middle of the duel I had a trap card face down, he reborned my Barrel Dragon, had 4 other monsters, the whole time I’m like "Oh no, oh no!" but I was bluffing. I had nothing down and he attacked and I activated MIRROR FORCE! All the cards were destroyed on his side. Later on I was down to I think 400 and had a Cyber Jar face down when he attacked it. I drew great cards but it didn’t matter. He drew a direct damage card, forgot what, and used it on me in Main Phrase 2 and killed me!

Duel #3- It was the first duel I had lost all evening and I needed to win this one for the championship. Well this is how it went. I put in Giant Trunade and Card Destruction so his Burners could be stopped. In the middle of the duel he destroyed my Barrel Dragon and reborned it. I was down a lot until I thought of something. I had a Change of Heart so I played it on Barrel Dragon, he had a face down card also, and took it. Now you might think this was risky but I was safe doing this move, you should figure out why. I took it and used its affect. The first flip was a heads, yes! Second was a tails, no! And the last flip was a…….. HEADS! So I destroyed the face down card and doubled his attack with a Limiter Removal and attacked. It brought him down to 400 and destroyed Barrel Dragon. His turn, he had a Propitiation on my Guardian of the Throne Room, but couldn’t put a monster down. My turn, I had two cards in my hand and no level 4’s or lower. I draw and get a GotTR but can’t use it. But then I realized I had a Giant Trunade so I used it and played my GotTR and attacked and won!

That was a fun tournament. I got a 20 dollar gift certificate to the owners store, which I got Mage Power with and after there was a raffle. Christian’s older brother won a Spellbinding Circle, someone else got a Tri-Horned Dragon, my sister got a Pharaoh’s Servant pack and got crap, and someone else got a Deck Box. I got crap in my tournament pack and so did everyone else. My friend got a rare, one in every 9 packs, so I consider him lucky. Now for the props and slops.

Props:

Winning

Dueling new people

Slops:

My dad not getting me a pack

Cheating kid

No box for winner, it’s only for Christmas but my friend didn’t know that!

Having more slops than props for some reason

Well it was fun and if you go to Card Connections and go to their tournaments I might be there so say hi. If you want to email me, please do I get lonely, email me at linkboy7@yahoo.com. Well that’s it and that’s all fokes!
