Prize: 5 packs of winners choosing
20 people/1 duel to
advance/winner gets rare card from loser
first round: I drew number 18 so
I could skip the first round
second round: Me v.s. Kevin (Exodia
Deck)
This duel was intense. He starts off by playing Pot of Greed and it
turns out he drew two parts of Exodia, then plays a defense. I use Lightforce
Sword to get rid of an Exodia piece and use my DNA Surgery/Insect Barrier Combo.
He summons Sangan and tries to attack?!? I tell him of his error and tribute my
face-down card to summon Labyrinth Walls and power it Black Pendant. He plays a
defense card and I play Shield & Sword to att ack his Sangan with my Lab
Walls(Me 8000 Kevin 5100)
Then in an attack of cowardice he decides to
concede the duel?!? I can't say I wasn't happy but I least I got another
Witch.
third round: Me v.s. ???
He was in the bathroom and never
showed up. This tournament is beginning to be boring.
fourth round: I
skipped again. I dueled the kid who was in the bathroom. His name's Jack. I
almost won but it was time for the next round.
fifth round(final):Me v.s.
Will (??? deck)
He plays Ameba in attack mode and doesn't understand the
effect. So I promptly attack with Harpie's Brother. He doesn't draw any low
level cards so I win my three Harpie's Brothers and a Black Pendant(Me 8000 Will
0). He gives me The Shallow Grave. I win the tournament.
I only get some
rares in my packs, oh well.
pros:
to winning
cons:
to the
prize
to those who didn't show
up
