Total Number of Cards: (51)….I know, I know…sigh…..

I crazily thought I could make this deck good and working in one day and I was right. I built this deck at 11:00 at night, the day before the tourney. I had pretty much all the right cards except a few so before the tourney I traded for some. I was persistent to win…

Match #1

Round One:  Me vs. Steven (newbie)

I totally massacred him. Eye of Truth twice, Rain of Mercy and attacking with Sangan killed him off. Now that’s funny. I went so easy on him and still whooped him.

Me: 8000

Him: 8000-6000-5000-4000-3000-2000-1000-0

Round Two:

Same thing I killed him. He didn’t even touch me. He was a bit smarter than last time sort of. Instead of getting hit twice with Eye of Truth he lays his magic’s down. But Princess will screw him over.

Me: 8000

Him: 8000-6100-4300-2500-0

During the 30 min wait I sat down and watched people duel……sigh…so boring

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Match #2

Round One: Me vs. Nathan (Exodia)

This guy had exodia but he sure didn’t know how to use it! He sucked so badly! He touched my life points. Whoa! But seriously this was sad. I kept attacking with Man-Eater Bugs’ and Penguin Soldiers’ and then I finally drew Jinzo and then he was screwed.

Me: 8000-6500

Him: 8000-7550-7100-4700-2900-2150-0

Round Two:

Now I’m getting bored…….I killed him again. I used my favorite combo BRTS and Eye of Truth and then he was screwed because I drew Graceful Charity. I GC and got Rain of Mercy, Upstart Goblin and something else….I forgot. But it didn’t matter! Third Round here I come.

Me:8000-9000

Him: 8000-6100-5350-4600-3600-2600-1600-600-0

Match #3

Round One: Me vs. Matt (Weird Deck)

This guy was ok but he fell victim to my BRST and Eye of Truth. He GC and got 3 magic. There goes 3000 life points. It was so boring though….. I used Gravity Bind and both of us didn’t attack. But then came Jinzo! And then came 0 life points.

Me:8000

Him: 8000-7000-6000-5000-2600-200-0

Round Two:

This was also boring. Gravity Bind stalls a lot for me. It gave me enough time to kill him with the combo BRST. Other than that I was bored. It was pass after pass after pass.

Me:8000-5450

Him: 8000-7000-6000-3600-600-0

Match #4

Round One: Me vs. Tyler (Warrior)

Tyler is a bit of an amateur but he did do some good damage. Other than Gravity Bind stopping him from attacking me slowly killed him with Simochi.

Me: 8000-6100-3650-3250

Him: 8000-7500-6500-4200-3200-800-0

Round Two:

Same kind of duel. I beat him slowly down to around 1000 (I lost my score sheet). Then he was a wimp and gave up. He couldn’t do anything though……..

Me: 8000-?-?-? - I win

Him: 8000-?-?-? - Around 1000-?

Before I started dueling I bought a “Yata-Garasu “off a kid for 25 bucks. I felt I got ripped off. Oh well.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Match #5

Round One: Me vs. Dave (Very good Exodia!)

Sweet and simple he slowly got Exodia…sigh….but I couldn’t concentrate on my game.

I didn’t even get a single BRTS. Ugh…I lost badly. Dave kept score so I don’t remember the standings.

Me:8000-?-?-?

Him: 8000-?-?-?

Round Two:

I finally got my game back. BRTS to the rescue. Then came Jinzo and Gemini Elf and also Exiled Force which killed his MEB. I won this round! Same thing Dave kept score

Me: 8000-?-?-?-?

Him: 8000-?-?-?-0

Round Three:

I didn’t do much this game. I forget everything that happened except one thing. I had Gemini and Exiled out and then he used CoTH on his Witch and I was screwed because he had 4 pieces in his hand. Good Game…..I guess…..sigh

Props:

My 2nd Place Victory

Getting a Yata-Garasu

Slops:

I lost………..Duh………….

Having to pay 25 bucks for a Yata-Garasu
