Hey all! The one and only Ringmaster here again for another report. Today would be a day of changing for me as I will be referred to as Iron Man (like the marvel superhero) when I complete the beatdown deck I am putting together. That’s right, I will not be playing my clown control anymore, but instead I will begin to put a powerful Beatdown together which I will post at the end of this report. Now let’s get to my deck:

Monsters 21

3x Dream Clowns

3x Penguin Soldier

3x Nimble Momongas

3x Hayabusa Knights

3x Magicians of Faith

3x Ryu Kishin Clowns

1x Sangan

1x WOTBF

1x Cyber Jar

Magic 12

2x Noblemen of Crossout

1x Monster Reborn

1x Dark Hole

1x Raigeki

1x Pot of Greed

1x Harpie’s Feather Duster

1x Swords of Revealing Light

1x Snatch Steal

1x United We Stand

1x Mage Power

1x Prohibition

Traps 7

3x Gravity Binds

1x Mirror Force

1x Imperial Order

1x Magic Cylinder

1x Mask of Restrict

This deck has one purpose, to control the flow of the game.

Round 1

Ringmaster vs. can’t  remember

Duel 1: The details here were short and simple. Within a matter of minutes I took the first duel.

Duel 2: Exactly like duel 1 with different cards.

Record 2-0

Round 2

Ringmaster vs. Michael (Control Beatdown)

Duel 1: He got out some good attackers and managed to keep gravity bind off the field. I was done for.

Duel 2: Same as above.

Record: 2-2

Round 3

Ringmaster vs. Andy

I know his brother and have seen him around, but this was our first match.

Duel 1: He was everything I expected him to be as he beat the crap out of me.

Duel 2: Having an exact duplicate of his brother’s deck I knew what was coming and earned a win.

Duel 3: Expecting the worst, I was so focused, there was no one in that room who could change my attitude. Even with the focus, his Spear Dragon killed me fast.

Record: 3-4

My hopes of getting to the final rounds were crushed, but I still played for fun.

Round 4

Ringmaster vs. Brandon

Duel 1: He was just learning so I finished it quick.

Duel 2: I was a little frustrated that I wasn’t going to the finals and crushed this little guy. I couldn’t help myself, sorryL.

Props:

To Superman (my friend) for the ride home.

To the store finally having tourney packs.

To the new Beatdown Superman helped me build

To the people who will trade the needed cards to me to build the beatdown and

To Altered States for being the best place to be on a Sunday morning

Slops:

To Superman losing when he actually should have won the tourney due to a mathematical error

To thiefs (If you steal, may the plagues of Egypt fall upon you)

To nothing in my tourney pack

To the royal oppression in my LOD pack purchased before the tourney( I will get you Yata, don’t you worry)

To not making it far in the tourney
