My report.

I got there about 12:30 and found Devin waiting on me so we could duel before the tourney started.  We played and I won the 3 games we played.  Then while I was playing, the #1 person in the store tried to get me to trade my Snatch Steal for the right arm of Exodia.  Would have except the card was in bad condition.

Then we got the announcement that the tourney was about to start.  Everyone got a bye except for me of course.

Round 1 me vs. some beginner with some cards thrown into a deck.

In the first duel, he did something to get a blue-eyes in his graveyard and I had a monster reborn in my hand along with a raigeki and used it and blew him away with my Gemini and a few other magic cards.

Second duel lasted a little longer because I drew all of my defensive cards like kuribohs and nimbles.  Finally drew cyber jar and laid it down.  He attacked it and I drew Gemini, bazoo, and spear dragon and he got a man-eater.  From there, I dominated him.

Round Two Me vs. the 4th best kid in the store.

In the first duel, it was blows back and forth until I got his Goblin Attack Force along with my Gemini with an axe and finished him off.

The second duel, was like the first, but when I didn’t need it, I drew the dark ruler and lost, but it’s cool.  Before, I could never beat him and I got him pretty low on life points.

Third duel,  I started with a squirrel and then got summoned skull but he used magic cylinders. Then he got a spear dragon with uws and attacked my squirrel which was in defense.  Luckily I had a kuriboh so I gained another grand.  Then I played cyber jar and we both got 3 monsters and I attacked with a bazoo I got and I let him go when he played 2 gracefuls and proceeded to play dark hole.  He then played Gemini and attacked me directly. I only had 5000 lp’s and monster reborned bazoo and attacked.  he then played snatch steal and played spear dragon with an axe and loss.

Well, that ended my fun, but he got third and I was glad for him.  My friend devin got fourth because he had to play him.  He got further than me because he got a newbie who had a starter deck with a few other cards.

Plus devin got an Airknight Parshath in the 1 booster he got as a prize!

Props.

Anthony (the guy I lost to) getting third

Devin for getting fourth

A guy I know who beat me before winning the tournament

The store leader for getting beat!!!

Cons.

Devin getting further than me!!

Losing in the 2nd round

Not getting a bye AGAIN!!

Leaving right after I lost

All in all, it was fun and if you wanna e-mail me it’s

Plus I would really appreciate it if you could give me some tips for improving my deck.
