Well there you have it. DDR 2nd Mix. My first deck idea and my favorite. Since my original post on Pojos I was definitely a noob but I have now gone through 6 different decks (Clowns, Exodia, Yata, Beatdown, Earth Beatdown, and now DDR 2nd Mix). I know how just about every deck works and I think that I am a great duelist. Recently I have teamed up with my friend with the Magical Hand and we have ripped kids off for so many cards, A Nobleman of Crossout for a Raigeki just doesn’t seem fair does it. But because of it we have assembled a binder that includes 3 Yata-Garasu , Injection Fairy Lily, 2 Magic Cylinder, and an Imperial Order as well as many other top cards. When we first arrived at the tournament I had immediately began to look around for the cards I needed. I came in without a deck so I really needed to work hard. Luckily I came up with the deck just before the tournament started and my first opponent was one of the best in the store. How lucky for me.

DDR 2nd Mix vs. Arbel (Beatdown)

This duel was a painful and stressful one. He won the first duel pretty quick so I got pretty freaked out. I was positive I was going to lose and I had lost hope. The second match he wasted his whole hand in the couple turns. So with his hand disadvantage I took the win thanks to my Servant of Catabolism+United We Stand+Scapegoat. He also played a Scapegoat during my end phase and then summoned a Cannon Soldier. Good thing I played Just Desserts. Next duel was a long and agonizing one. HE began the duel with all the card drawing you could have and then a delinquents. -_- WELL he started to pwnt me but I started to come back. Gravity Bind kept him at bay for a while while I kept attack with low level monsters with good equips. I ended up winning this one and going to the next round.

DDR 2nd Mix vs Some Noob Beatdown

I don’t really want to waste your time with this junk but I will tell you that all he could do was watch as my gravity bind stopped all his monsters while mine bypassed them to his Life Points.

DDR 2nd Mix vs Chris ( Good Beatdown)

When we first met up to play he tried to make me bribe him so I would go on. I decided not but I did think about it. Our first duel went pretty quick. Painful quick. He completely pwnt me this one. I touched his life points some times but not enough. The second duel was pretty much the same thing ending in a Yata lock.

Well I got my packs for losing in the third round and of course I got crap (I heard they rig them so they save money). Well since I lost this tourney I went up the street to my this one guy Tai’s unsanctioned tourney. It cost two bucks but it was fun and I ended up getting third.

DDR 2nd Mix vs Guy that doesn’t like for reasons unknown to me (Exodia)

Well started playing and at first I had no idea he had an exodia. He kind of masked it with an Airknight Parshath. I did flip Cyber Jar once but it didn't get one piece. I beat him this duel kind of slowly and I kind of forgot how. He ended with 4 pieces and an Airknight in his hand. The next duel was another slow one. Cyber Jar was flipped again during his turn near the end when he had under 2000 life points and I got a Princess of Tsurugi. He then set 4 MAGIC and TRAPS. I thought that was nooby but found out he had aplan. He ended, I drew then flipped the Princess of Tsurugi. BUT he activated Ceasefire at the same time I flipped the Princess. We asked Tai which one went first and he said that you can’t chain a trap to a flipping of a monster which was the right answer (no offense to the guy who doesn’t like me). So I won this match and found out I would be playing MY PARTNER AARON.

DDR 2nd Mix vs Aaron (Light Beatdown.

We first tried to tell the other one to just quit and let the other go on but neither of us wanted to give up so we played. The first match was long and slow. He began to blind me with his light but Filipino browness came back. At the end I had a Ring of Destruction face down and I was afraid to attack with my Jinzo #7 with an Axe so I just Ringed it and got a draw. I don’t really remember the next two duels but I know that I won.

DDR 2nd Mix vs James (My friend with a Yata/ Beatdown Deck)

Well we started the match and he just couldn’t do all that much. He really wanted to go on because the winner got a secret rare of their choice and he didn’t have a Jinzo but I beat him the first duel. The next one I won again by a decent overkill. We went through a Cyber during my turn and he didn't have any magic/trap face down. I got three monsters and so did he. One of mine was a Servant of Catabolism which I kept in attack mode. I then attached an Axe of Despair and a Mage Power with two other magic/trap and did 3700 directly. Then I ended my turn and during his standby phase activated Ceasefire for 3000 damage then I Ringed my own Servant for 2700 and it pretty much killed him. Sorry man.

DDR 2nd Mix vs Jake (Beatdown)

Well I’m getting really tired of typing so I will make this as short as possible. He beat me first duel and in the next one we ended up top decking and I would have one if I attached an axe to my Jinzo#7 but I was afraid of what he had face down which ended up to be a Call of the Haunted which would not have mattered. Oh well. So I got third and a Dark Room of Nightmares.
