# of participants: I’d say about 18
Prizes: like 25 dollars store credit for first, 15 for second, and for third, a deck box
Pre-Tourney: My friend Ryan came with me and while we were headed there, I realized I forgot my Dark Necrofear at my house. So after I got it and we got back to the tournament. I bought a Dark Necrofear by accident… seriously. He told me that it was $18 and I said that I only had 15. As I turned away, he said sold. So I got another one. ALL RIGHT!!!!!!!!!! Ok, I also traded my Destiny Board for a Magic Cylinder. So I was a pretty happy camper that day. Onto my deck!

Duel One: Bakura versus P.J. (I couldn’t really figure out what deck type he had)
Wow, this was a pretty annoying duel. This kid had two Spellbinding Circles. He also managed to get Relinquished and Black Illusion Ritual by his first 5 turns every time we dueled. Fighting his Relinquished made me want to add mine. I did manage to get out my Dark Necrofear once, but he Spellbinded it. I don’t even remember how it got destroyed, but it eventually did. I also remember that he had Mage Power and he attacked into my Magic Cylinder. He did end up winning though.
Duel Two: Bakura versus P.J.
God this kid got me mad. Between him always getting out Relinquished and Spellbinding Circle, and him saying that he expected the people at the tournament to be good. Then I beat him using skull lair. Heh heh, he got mad when I only had to remove one card to get rid of his Relinquished. I also remember that he used Nobleman of Crossout (which was ironic because I had just taken mine out since, “it wasn’t that good”) He ended up getting my f/d WOTBF, so I couldn’t search. I won though.
Duel Three: Man, this was uh… annoying. He was declared the winner because of the time limit.
Well, that was annoying. I could’ve won if we had unlimited time. I hate the way the tournament is run. Basically if you lose just one duel in the first round, even if you win the match, you wont make it to the semi’s. It’s a very qu33r (can I say that?) way of running it. Oh well. During the second round, I had to play against this little kid who had a huge deck. Lets just say I clobbered him both times.
Well, I didn’t go to the semi’s. But I had a bunch of duels afterwards. I played against a kid who played a psuedo-beatdown. He clobbered my friend Ryan with his malevolent nuzzlers. When he dueled me, he had his Harpies Brother with two malevolent nuzzlers attack my magic clinder. He was a nice kid. I also dueled against this kid who also played a Dark Necrofear deck. I beat him twice. I also played against Eric, the kid I played last time. He had to leave halfway through. All in all it was really fun. In the coming weeks I got three packs. A LON, a MRD (my first one), and a MRL. All I wanted was a Dark Necrofear, Mirror Force, and a Painful Choice. I ended up getting a Kycoo, a Mirror Force (Yessss!!!!), and a Mystical Space Typhoon. Pretty good luck. My friend got 14 packs and got a Blue-Eyes from LOB and a Tyrant Dragon. Nothing else was too good.

Well, I got a Dark Necrofear and Magic Cylinder before the tournament.
For getting a Mirror Force, MST, and a Kycoo after watching Charlie’s Angels with my girlfriend. I think that must be good luck.
