Wow, this week sure went fast...well, time for another report. This week, I got cheated out of a win in the third round..and that person won the tournament (grrr)! So, anyways, I got to the store and made some trades. Here are the cards I got/traded:

I had a practice duel with some cool dude who comes to the store alot. He was playing an exodia deck. The first duel I was doing good until he did some combo with this new PGD card that makes me put my hand back in my deck and shuffle then draw the amount I put back, then he flipped to appropriates..getting the 5 pieces in the process. In the next duel, second turn, he did it again.Except this time, I put back 7 cards, instead of two. He drew a whopping 28 cards, including the five pieces. Damn. Right, tournament time. First round I played some kid, Shaun, who was ok.

Rus vs. Shaun- Duel One

Right, ok..he had holos, but only ones like Dark Hole, MEB and Celtic Guardian. Duel one, I was pounding him the whole way. I was removing his m/ts, and destroying his mons..yeah. The only damage I took was using my Injection Fairy Lily.

Rus vs. Shaun- Duel Two

Easier then the first, and because of that, I can't remember much, except in the end I had a 5 monster Field, with Ha Des, Jinzo, GAF, Spear Dragon, and his Celtic Guardian.

Right, I was happy to win. I did some practice duels, hit my idiot friend because he’s an idiot…and yeah. Round 2 started quickly, because the duels were finished fast. My friend Brandon lost because that’s what he does. Well, I had to duel T.J, a guy I annoyed the hell out of last week. He was good, so I was worried.

Rus vs. T.J.- Duel One

This was no Shaun duel, lol. T.J. is awesome. The reasons he lost to me is because he still is using things like Harpie’s Brother. The first duel went pretty smoothly, and it boosted my confidence a lot. I pulled a lot of great cards, and put T.J. to rest (in this duel at least).

Duel two wasn’t half as easy as this one. I’m guessing T.J underestimated me in the first duel, because he pulled out all the stops in this one.

Rus vs. T.J.- Duel Two

This was tough. Way early on he started taking advantage, and knocked me down to 1800 lp (gulp). Now it was time for a MAJOr comeback. With Cyber Jar, I was able to get out Bazoo and GAF, and soon enough Jinzo hit the field. When he was at about 4000, my GAF was in defense mode, due to its effect. Then he asks me to show him my graveyard (I mean like I go through the cards for him). Then he asked me to do it again, and asked “is there a Spear Dragon in there?” Oh crap. But, luckily, I mean like WOW lucky, he says “nah, must have been last duel” right before I got to Spear Dragon. Phew. He plays defense, ends, and another Spear hits the field. He’s out, I’m in the third round. Yay!

Wow, that was close. After reporting my win, I revealed to him my Spear Dragon. Ha ha!

Well then, I annoyed these Spanish kids…one of them traded like 10 secret rares and some ultras for Morphing Jar last week. I was shocked to learn he had lost, and I was to be playing who he lost too! Then, I learned that the collector dude I mentioned last week had lost to him too…yikes! Well, it was time to duel…but I had to win.

Rus vs. Jimmy- Duel One

He knocked the crap outta me early on, I was at 3000. I wasn’t going down that easily though. I started bombarding him with my with my Ha Des and Jinzo..1 win for me!

Well, that’s one win under my belt..I was hoping I could pull of another, get into the Semi Finals for the first time.

Rus vs. Jimmy- Duel Two

This was the duel that literally made me the winner, but after Jimmy pulled some bullshit, I lost. The duel started off with me smacking the shit outta him, he was at about 4600 before he did any real damage to me. Why I called this duel bullshit is because: He had 2600 and I had 1300. He flipped up his Fiber Jar, drew nothing but a Sinister Serpent (monster-wise) He set his Serpent. Now, when I drew, my protectors are fairly new, so I accidentally got six, the sixth being Waboku. When I put it back the bastard said he had to cut my deck “because I saw the care”, like it woulda changed anything. I summoned Bazoo, threw out United We Stand, attacked Serpent. Next turn he Change of Heart’d my Bazoo, and attacked for the win. Waboku would of saved me! Hrm, bastard.

I wanted, no needed revenge. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t get it today. I don’t know what happened, he just went all out. I did some good damage to him, it seemed like I would win…it didn’t happen *sigh*. Well, hopefully, next week.

Well, its still cool and all, I hope I get to use it a lot. Jimmy went on to win the tournament, damnit. That could have been me! Here is my newest deck:
