This is my first tourney report; so if my report is a little messy, forgive me.

As the name suggests, I run a discard deck. It proved very well against my friends Kevin (exodia), Travis (very bad burner/beatdown deck I made for him), and Justin (burn/beatdown, one of the best decks Ive ever seen)

Well here’s my deck:

Monster (19)

Morphing jar 2# x2 (I want No.1 but a white hole isn’t worth it)

Nimble Momonga x 3(Big Spooky as I promised your Killer squirrels aren’t gone yet)

Hiro’s Shadow Scout (this card has helped me many times (before this tourney though)

Magician of Faith x2 (deck staple)

Dark Elf x2 (I need muscle)

Hayabusa Knight (should I add another?)

Summoned Skull (muscle)

4 starred ladybug of doom (this card really helped)

White magical Hat x 2(I need one more)

Kycoo The Ghost destroyer (you have no Idea how much I hate EXODIA! everyone plays him)

Cyber Jar (I think he’s a staple)

The Bistro Butcher (helps thin opponents deck, helpful when your trying to deck your opponent out)

Penguin Soldier (umm…just good)

Confiscation (Exodia head goes to graveyard, I reborn it, axe it and attack)

Ceasefire (this should be a staple)

Dust Tornado (because of my obsession with JAP cards im now stuck with this)

The night before the tourney I slept over my friend Kevin’s house since his mom was driving us to the tourney. Well I decked out an Exodia deck twice, so I thought my deck was excellent against defensive exodia decks, that was true but Beatdown Exodia ticked me off. When I got to the tourney, around 12:15,my friend Justin was there, we talked, I tried to trade some cards to him but he didn’t have anything to trade, so we dueled.

Unofficial duel #1

I got out my discarding card very early, and easily won a few turns later with a supped up Butcher.

Unofficial duel #2

I lost he found his way around my deck and beat me.

Before we started my mom came in to see if she was picking me up, I said no and that I had a ride home, but I forgot this a little while later and got my mom ticked off.

So then I started the 3^rd unofficial duel

We exchanged blows till Bob the store owner (his son owns the shop but oh well) started the parings

And I verse…………..Victoria who’s like no.1 in the Store.

I faced her a couple weeks ago and lost with my old earth Deck

Why oh why do I have to face her?

Any way I started the duel with a sad face (my losing streak still remains)

She told me not to think I was going to lose, but I still lost

I can’t go into to into detail about the duel because it was about a minute long, both duels

Well first round and Im out of the tourney, again, and so is my friend Travis who faced off against my friend Justin.

My friend Kevin made it to the third because of a buy, he got a pack of Lon and got Nuvia, lucky him.

Well just Kevin’s luck he was facing Justin

I think Justin dominated Kev.

After that I went trading

Mascots for my deck which are the widely hated, legenday, SKULL SERVANTS!

I got more cards too, but I forgot which ones

I look down at my watch and see that its almost 3,I should’ve been picked up by now, so I go call home, no one there, I wit and wait till I realize I was supposed to have my friend drive me home and he left after the he lost. I lied to my mom on accident, now I’m in big trouble. I go ask Justin to see if he can drive me home (he’s 22) he says no, because he wants permission from my parent’s first, ok im really screwed.

I go duel while I wait for someone one to pick me up

I ask this kid named Alex if he wants to duel,he’s really good,but got eliminated frist round today because his deck sucked

We only played once because I don’t know

Anyway

Me vs. Alex (Brand new Necrofear deck,he had just finished his new deck)

I kept on hitting him with my white magicals till he got out Talwar,that hurt me,but then I got out Summoned skull killed it,he got out necrofear,I put out a white magical hat,equipped summoned skull with axe snatch stole his necrofear ,and attacked,about one thousand LP remaining for him,then he got out another necrofear,I attacked it with necrofear,wow necrofear equipped with necrofear ,and I ended up a in a draw because I decked him out (I had a gravekeepers servant out)

We both congratulated each other,and after that Justin just Beat Victoria for the first!yay!Justin got my revenge!

The prizes Justin got sucked,3 LON,crappy rares,so he gave them to me,thank you!

After that Justin,some kid,Doug(another friend of mine),and me then did a four way duel

I went first,I started by playing confiscation on the some kid,discarded axe,and then I played a Bistro in atk.justins turn played Goblin attack force ,and attack my bistro,,then doug attacked me,and some kid attacked me.I have 1100 lifepoits left,my turn I lay a Hayabusa ina atk mode and set a ceasefire,and then On my next turn I snatch stole Jinzo that Doug had out atk some kids cyber jar,I got 2 monster,Jutin got 2,doug got 5,and some kid got 5,justins turn I activate ceasefire,he’s gone(he was atk the turn before,plus he had a chain energy out)He was mad in a funny way and went to go duel someone else,next I was raigekied by some kid(Doug only placed a card face down) I was out just until Doug spared me and played mirror force,Thank you,then I put a white magical hat ina atk,doug put one more card down,Some kid put down Gemini and atk me then Doug activated magic cylinder,thank you again,(My life points are at 100 because of a dark elf I had because of cyber jaar.my turn I attack his face down card,game,I lose,it was a forgiving maiden(he runs fusion deck)

Well my name is Patrick cosgrove and I suck during the tourney but do good in non official duels,but I have gotten far,when I was with a plagerized clown deck,so I stopped when I realized I didn’t want a copied deck
