Subject: gregs harpie deck, wizards of the coast, chicago IL

My name is Greg. I played a tournament at wizards of the 
cost, Chicago Il, on September 13. There where 8 people 
in the tournament. It was single elimination. You start 
with 2000Lp. First prize was 10 metal raiders boosters, 
2nd was 5 boosters, and 3rd was 3 boosters.  The entry 
fee was 5$.

For this tournament i decided to use my favorite deck.(!
My Harpie Lady Deck!)

First round: Me vs. kid with dragon deck
My hand was harpie lady,  pot of greed, follow wind, 
summoned skull and card destruct. He went first and 
placed a komouri dragon in atk. I laughed and played pot 
of greed then harpie lady + follow wind and killed his 
dragon. I then got out S.S. and atked his face  down 
monster(prevent rat)he then played raigeki. on my turn i 
played card destruction . I then drew a harpie lady 
harpie sister and a elegant egotist and a follow wind. I 
laughed again and played harpie ldy played E.E. then i 
played harpie sis with follow wind to destroy his curse 
of dragon in atk mode. he hade no monsters to play so i 
won.

Second round Me vs. kid with no tribute monster
I dont quite remember this one cause he would just play 
sucky cards like niwatori.  I whooped this kid in about 
10 seconds.i dont know how he got.
Finals:Me vs kid with a beatdown deck.
This kid was pretty good but he didnt have any cards to 
stop my equip magic cards.I played fissure sorcere combo 
three times and got through half of my deck. My harpie 
sisters could beat al his lajins and fishes he threw out 
there.i managed to get out a summoned skull but he 
tributed for d. magiancan(spelling?)we then both had no 
monsters in play. I played sisters and attked. he had 
100 left.he then started to make a comeback with neo 
plus sword of deep seated.i then used change of heart 
and shield and sword to waste him.

For my first tournament, i got first !?! whoooaaa.in the 
boasters i got 1 gateguardian first edition and 1 gate 
guardin unlimited plus and sangan of thunder.
