This is my first tourney report sent in to pojo.com and I have a interesting American deck which is much less powerful then my awesome Japense deck. This is a weaker deck of mine I wanted to test out so here it is.

Match One Round One: Serpent Chaos VS. It (Why I call his deck it is because he had About 130 cards in it)

I won the coin toss and went first. I drew a great hand and played Neo The Magic Swordsman in attack mode and then trap hole face down. He went and played Dark Zebra with a card face down. I flipped over my trap hole and he lost his Dark Zebra. I drew and got the Blue-Eyes White Dragon. I played Man-Eating Treasure Chest. I attacked his life points dealing him 3300 damage.  8000-4700. He drew and played Dark Hole and then played a card in defense. (Big Mistake) I drew and played Koumari Dragon and Attacked his defense monster which was Prevent Rat dealing me 500 life point damage. 7500-4700. He just layed down a face down card that turn. I drew and was happy. I played La Jinn The Genie Of The Mystical Lamp in attack mode. I decided not to attack and he drew and just layed another card face down. I drew and decided to tribute La Jinn and Koumari  getting the Blue-Eyes White Dragon out. I attacked his prevent rat and for some reason he activated The Reliable Guardian which didn't save his Monster. He went and placed a monster in defense. I drew and played a card face down then Kojikocy in attack mode planning to summon The Sanga Of Thunder which I Drew a few turns earlier. I attacked his monster with Kojikocy destroying his monster which I don't remember then attacked his life points dealing 3000 damage. 7500-1700. He just defended again and I drew Tremendous fire and played it. 7000-700. Then I played 7 Colored Fish attack his monster destroying it then his Life Points winning me this round. 7000-0

Match One Round Two: Serpent Chaos VS. It

This round was quick and easy. The guy wanted to go first since he lost so he played The Immortal of Thunder not knowing its effect at all. So I went and played Mystic Clown and Sword of Deep-Seated giving him 2000 attack. He went and defended with a monster card face down. So I Drew and got another monster. I played The Bistro Butcher in attack mode. I attacked his face down monster which was Mystical Elf. 7800-8000. I decided to destroy his immortal so I attacked it with Mystic clown dealing him 5500 life point damage. We had to call the judge over since he didn't understand the effect. 7800-2500. He went and played another monster in defense. I drew and got Fissure. So I played it destroying his Mystical Elf. I attacked his face down defense monster which was Time Wizard. Then attacked his Life points with Mystic Clown dealing him 2000 life point damage. 7800-500. He went and could only defend since he said afterwards if he put in attack mode he would of lost. Well I drew and attacked the defense monster with Bistro and then went for the kill with Mystic Elf winning it for me. 2-0 5 People Left

Match Two

I got a by this match since two of the people knew each other and wanted to duel each other and the other two were paired up already so I went and spyed on the Duelist. One of them was really good so I started watching his strategy. 3 People Left

Match Three Round One Semi Finals: Serpent Chaos VS. Dragon Volcano (Which is what he called it)

This was the guy dueling the other guy who I thought was good but this guy sucked. I got a good hand. I won the coin toss and played  La Jinn in attack mode and trap hole along with waboku face down. He went and 7 Colored Fish I trap holed it. I drew and got Summoned Skull. I tributed it for him then attacked his life points. 8000-6500. He drew and played monster reborn to get 7 colored back and then played megamorph. (Uh Oh) His 7 got to 3600 attack. He attacked but luckily I had Waboku face down so I activated it and saved my self. Well I do believe in the heart of the cards so I used it and drew Fissure. I played it then attacked his life points dealing another 2500 life point damage. 8000-4000. He went and played a defense monster. I drew and got Man-Eating Treasure chest so I played it and attacked his monster. It was Wall Of Illusion. I put it back in my hand got 250 Life point damage. 7730-4000. I attacked his Monster with Summoned Skull to take it out. he went and played a card face down and played monster reborn and played wall of illusion face down in defense. I drew and played Neo with Sword of Deep-Seated and attacked it to destroy it. Then I attacked his life points. 7730-1500. He decided he couldn't get another whooping like he did the last match and forfitted the match to me. 1-0 Two People Left

Match Four Round One Finals: Serpent Chaos VS. Destruction Exodia (What he named his deck)

Ok this duel got hard but I got around it. He went first played lord of d. I went and played two cards face down and defended with Wall of Illusion face down. He then drew pot of greed played it and then played flue of summoning dragon getting Blue-Eyes White Dragon and Barrel Dragon. He tried barrels effect but failed then attack my monster sending it to grave but sending barrel to hand. He then attacked my Life points dealing 3000 damage. 5000-8000. I had to rely on the heart of the cards so I drew and got what I needed. I already had Dark hole so I played destroying his Blue Eyes and lord of d. leaving him having nothing. But I drew monster reborn. So I reborned His Blue-Eyes and attacked his life points. 5000-5000. He got mad and drew. He played Ultimate offering getting 3 monsters on field in defense mode. 5000-3500. I went and got lucky. I played Dream Clown in attack mode getting reading for my plan. I attacked and destroyed one of his monsters with blue eyes and other with dream clown. He went and played lord of d. and flipped over magician of faith getting flute back. Later found out he had one dragon in hand. I knew he was getting ready to pull off the combo. So I drew. I switched Dream Clown to defense destroying lord of d. (Ha!) I tributed for summoned skull. Attacked his magician of faith with it then his life points with blue eyes. 5000-500. Then I finished him off by flipping just deserts. 5000-0

Match Four Round Two Finals: Serpent Chaos VS. Destruction Exodia

This duel went too quick he got all of Exodia and won. There was no life point damage during this match.

Match Four Round Three Finals/Final Duel: Serpent Chaos VS. Destruction Exodia

This duel was easy peasy. He got dragons out and stuff with his combo then I destroyed them with Dark hole and reborned Black Skull Dragon which he got from reboring my skull and fusing them. After that it was downhill for him. I powered up his Black Skull Dragon with sword of deep seated and whiped him out. 2-1

I won yes but the tourney could of been a lot easier if I didn't use my worse deck out of 6. I got 5 Legend, Magic, and Metal. I got lucky in the packs. Got Gaia the Dragon Champion, Mirror Force and Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon and Black Illusion Ritual Again.

Props: Winning, Getting those cards, and making new friend with that first guy.

Slops: Not using the good deck to kick them all.
