Deck name: No tribute monsters

My deck is mostly taken from Holland Avery and his no summon skulls. I likes his idea because I just found way too many weaknesses in tribute monsters. They would always be dead weight in my hand most of the time.

3x La Jinn(1800 no tributes! horrible monster! no...wait good good!)

3x 7 colored fish (ohhhhhhh look at all the pretty colors!!)

3x Wall of illusion(good defense and effect)

3x MeB (Hungry little bugger)

2x Giant soldier of stone(Best defense and ok if I need to attack with it)

1x Magician of Faith( NO ONE WILL TRADE ME ANOTHER!)

1xBig eye ( i like to plan , i had nothing better to put in)

1x Dark Elf ( i dont know why i use this , always ends up helping opponent more than me)

1x With of the black forest ( 1 more monster for me , barley anyone has one of these so im pissed)

1x monster reborn (lets see whats in ur grave yard , also this is a holo 1st edition MR , im very proud of this)

1x change of heart ( get ur monsters effect)

2xTttD (1 card from your hand is a small price to pay to destroy any monster)

2x Waboku (Nope i dont think i need damgae this turn)

2x 7 tools of the bandit (Wait before you get too happy about ur mirror force)

1x Solemn Judgment ( acts as a more expensive magic jammer or anything i want)

My 2nd tourny and it was better than last time because all i had then was a kaiba deck.

No one was willing to trade much. But i was able to get solemn judgment for my LOB blue eyes( i did not need it anyway) and my sanga and painful choice for heavy storm. Alot of people had 3+ Sorl and would not trade them or even if they doubles of mirror force. i offered up to 4 ultra rares and 35+ rares but still no cigar ( i hate this saying)

Round one:

James (me) vs. Friend Joey ( both starter decks put together)

I was hoping this would not happen since we duel all the time.

He lets me go first so i put and i draw; trap hole , la jinn , la jinn , MeB , TttD , and raigeki

I place lajinn and trap hole and end my turn. He plays a monster face down and 3 magics (

he thinks playing traps down is a bad idea and magic facedown a good thing so i was sure

they were magic) and ends his turn. I draw monster reborn and play TttD and discard my la

jinn and kill his prevent rat. I reborn my la jinn and attack for 3600. he draws and places a

monster face down and ends his turn. i draw and get 7 colored fish and raigeki his Giant

soldier of stone. I play 7 colored fish and attack for 5400 and win.

2nd duel:

He goes first and plays a monster face down and ends his turn . i go and draw and i play La

jinn and Change of heart his face down Lord of D. and attack for 3000. He goes and

places a trap face down and ends his turn. I draw and get monster reborn , i fissure his

lord of D. and play 7 colored fish and monster reborn his Lord of D. and with all 3 for

4800. he surrenders.

Round 2:

Me VS. bye

I got a bye this round and went to see i could get anything . I traded my Horn of the unicorn for confiscation and cannon soldier. I ended up dueling him to show him that powerup cards suck. this is how it went.

ME vs. power up guy.

I go first and play la jinn and 7 tools and end my turn. he goes and plays his own lajinn and

then puts 3 horn of the unicorns and 2 sword of the deep seeted on his lajinn putting him

at 4900 and he attacks my lajin doing 3100 overflow to me and then he says you have

nothing that can stop me now!!. so i draw and yell DAMN!!! He says i told you nohting in

ur deck can stop me. So i said oh i was saying damn on your behalf. I play the

ALMIGHTY ULTRA RARE SUPER COOL..........................fissure. he laughs and says

“so what i get all these power ups back!”. i play 7 colored fish and attack for 1800. he

draws and laughs and says “ i told u so!” . nut he had no hand and no mosters . needless to

say he died in a 2 turns.

Round 3

Me VS. Siep ( really good cards)

This guy was the most feared guy in the tournament anf i got really nervous.

Duel 1:

i dont remeber this much but all i drew were traps and magic. so he won in about 10 turns

Duel 2:

This battle really good . we kept exchanging blows and he played Sorl twice. i played

grave keepers servant and ran him outa cards.

Duel 3:

This round really sucked . got nothing but my most un needed traps and thats all i drew.

i was dead in 3 turns.

Aftermath: i looked at my deck and saw that i only hand 17 monster and 24 magic/traps i

forgot to put back in monsters that were offered for trade but i put in my binder. so thats

sucks. i need any of these cards if u guys if you live in the orlando FL area and go to coliseum

of comics and are willing to trade me a mirror force

magicain of faith , magic jammer , pot of greed , and mostly a swords of reveiling light!!! i

will trade anything!!!!!

The Good:

-Me getting to the quaterfinals

-for me getting my 2nd Tttd in just buying one pack.

- No mirror force or Sorl for trade!!!
