Ok, well, the tournament was played at the Cosmic Dungeon, in Albany, New 
York, on July 21. 16 people participated in the tournament, and the outcome 
will be listed at the end of my report =)

OK, well, here's my deck:

Anyway, here it goes:

Round One: Gygin (me) vs. Taylor
1. This kid was pretty easy, because he shoves crap into his decks, like 
raise body heat. I didnt remember the first duel that much, but here's the 
score:

2.Again, this kid lost pretty easily, the only life I took was fom myself 
(Stupid call on me. Jirai Gumo lost the flip.) I Change of Hearted his only 
monster, and used it and my monster as a tribute for my Blue-Eyes on the 
second turn. He took some life damage, but the killer was when I used 
Raigeki the next turn. The rest of the duel was pretty easy, being 2000 life 
ahead of him. He eventually Fissured it (with none of his monsters out), but 
then I just Reborned it.

Round Two: Me vs. My Rival, Gustavo
1.When I heard that I had my rival next, I choked, but I went on to duel. I 
was hurt pretty badly when he used Card Destruction and Monster Reeborn to 
bring back his Blue-Eyes. Of course, Gygin never gives up! I had fairly low 
life points, when I picked up my trump card, which I set face-down in my m/t 
zone (I had another one down there already). His next turn, he summoned a 
fifth monster, and switched all the rest to attack mode to finish me. I 
activated Just Desserts (not my trump) and I did 2500 direct damage. Now, he 
attacked, and thought it was over, but then I activated my Mirror Force, 
which eliminated all of his monsters. The next turn, I got out 7 Colored 
Fish, and used Monster Reborn on his Blue-Eyes to do 4800 life damage. This 
proved I was still in the game. He put a monster in defense, and I drew a 
Jinzo#7 (equipped with Sword of Deep-Seated) and vanished his remaining 
life.

2. He won this one due to a bad flip on Jirai Gumo on my part. He then used 
Raigeki and attacked with a 7 Colored Fish, La-Jinn, and a Neo =(

3.I pulled off one of the best comboes ever to win this one. We were even, 
both with 8000, and here's how i played it:
Ok, I had a Sanga of the Thunder and a Blue-Eyes out. I attacked, but he 
used Waboku =(
I sent out Cannon Soldier (he had NO monsters on the field =)), attacked to 
do 7000 direct-damage, and launched them to do the final 1000.

Round 3: Me vs. BYE =)
I was to duel in the semifinals, but the kid i was to duel left the store, 
cuz he had to go to a baseball game =)

Round 4 (finals): Me vs. Some 30-year-old guy with almost every card =(
1. Ok, even though I had no prayer in hell, I still tried. In this round, 
the only damage I did was when I used Dark Hole and summoned La-Jinn to do 
1800 direct damage. He used Change of Heart next turn and tributed my 
La-jinn to send out Summoned Skull, which I Trap-Holed. I then sent out a 
monster, and his next turn he use tribute to the doomed to kill it. he used 
monster reborn on his Summoned Skull, and I took 2500 life damage. Next 
turn, I drew only a fissure =( and killed his Summoned Skull again. He 
flipped his Magician of Faith which he brought back his monster reborn, 
which he reborned (again) his summoned skull, which he did (whatever 
Magician of Faith is) and the 2500 summoned skull damage. I only had one 
play left, and I set Steel Scorpion, which he pulled ot ANOTHER tribute to 
the doomed and killed my scorpion, which my life was open for direct damage 
=(

2. He won this right off the bat. I was blinded by defeat and thus the duel 
is vague to me now. He DID use Blue-Eyes to kill me (if only I had Mirror 
Force out) in the last turn, and that's all I remembered.

I didnt do them in this duel, sorry, he did them. You can guess it was a 
quick one. =(

Well, thats the tourney, and my prize was $20. It was OK, but I preferred 
the first prize, a box of Metal Raiders and $50 >:O

Next time, I hope that there's an age limit.
