this was my first tourny,it actually happend in november. there was around 20 somthing people a tending this tourny. i placed like 6th,its weird cuz i only had 3 duels lol i know i know my deck horibly sucks but i have a lot of startigy and i hardly ever loose,i'm ranked like 3rd or 2nd in my school.
p.s these duels were best of 1...no japeneese cards allowed

fist match me(ryan) v.s someone (sorry i cant rememever his name)
this match was very easy and i got it over with quick me 7200 him 0. i went first,i put down a 7 coloured fish and layed down trap hole face down,he put down a dark elf and i traped holed it the i attacked his life points, he did ookazi and layed down giant soilder of stone,i played change of heart and tributed it for my s.s and i kept attacking him and after a while i won.
2nd duel me v.s nathe
this kid was extremly easy,me 8000 him 0,the duel went on for a while i had bewd,2 s.s and a judge man out and he had 2 labyrinth walls out,he used card destruction wich defeated him becuz i drew a melovelent nuzzler and change of heart i put m.n on s.s and used change of heart on his labyrinth wall and tributed it for a swordstalker and i took him out in a big blow.
3rd duel me v.s. paul
this kid is hard to beat and i lost against him he was 4300 and i was 0,this kid is reanked #1 in my school.i came out strong with alot of strong monster and got him down to 4300 eaisly and i was at 8000 i thoght i was gonna win for sure but then he use dark hole,then card destruction then he played down crab turtle and attacked my l.p,then i drew a high level monster and couldnt lay anything down and he kept attacking cuz i couldn't draw anymmonsters i was at 2300 then he let me live for 3 more turns and he got annoyed cuz i couldnt draw any level 4 or lower monsters so he finished me off.
well i think i did good for my first tourny,exspecaily for the crap deck i got,i got all my cards from boosters tho so i think i got some good cards :)
props:for me beating some people
for beating 4 other good people in practice matches(i finished this kidd off in 2 turns lol)
for buying a booster back with my lunch money and i got crap in it
for being a good loser and i shook hands wit every one i played before and after the duel
