Tebezu on YuGiOh
Angry Breeze
03-01-06

I have to admit, I am so proud people actually are trying out these decks and sending me responses.  Here is a response I got from Peter Yu concerning his logic on Angry Breeze.

I tried this deck out and found it to be very impressive.  Also, I twicked it up a bit to make the play a little better.

Here's what I did:

-2 Luster Dragon

- 1 Spirit Reaper

-1 Reload

-1 Sakeretsu Armor

+1 Spear dragon

+1 Silpheed

+1 Sasuke Samurai

+2 Creature Swap

Final version:

(22)

2 Armed Dragon LV3

1 Armed Dragon LV5
1 Armed Dragon LV7
2 Ultimate Insect LV3

1 Ultimate Insect LV5
1 Ultimate Insect LV7
2 Fusilier Dragon The Dual Mode Beast
3 Flying Kamakiri #1
1 Sangan

2 Spirit Reaper

1 Sasuke Samurai

2 Slate Warrior
1 Luster Dragon
1 Spear Dragon

1 Silpheed

(14)

2x Smashing Ground

1 Heavy Storm
1 Level UP!
1 Dark Hole

1 Pot of Avarice
1 My Body as a Shield
1 Mystical Space Typhoon
1 Nobleman of Crossout
2 Creature Swap (Generally for the Flying Kamakiri #1)
1 Snatch Steal

1 Premature Burial
1 Swords of Revealing Light

Traps(6)

1 Call of the Haunted
2 Dust Tornado
2 Sakeretsu Armor
1 Torrential Tribute

(42)

I have tested this deck and it has performed very nicely, again I am very impressed with this deck, and for the person

Who thought up the idea for this deck, "here's looking at you kid."

......................................................................

He has done a very nice fix, my logical take on it is that creature swap should be used, I did want a Silpheed in the deck, so obviously it is going in:P

The idea of dropping a Sakuretsu bothers me, because Sakuretsu Armor will aid in the protection of my level monsters from bigger threats.  Plus I like the idea of a teched in Swap, not too many, thus aiding in a lack of bad opening hands.

I do not like the idea of using Spear Dragon over Luster Dragon, because Luster Dragon is an all around more threatening card.  People who run Goblin Attack Force, for example, may kill my Cyber Dragon but then I kill their monster with a ummmmmmmmm, Skull Servant:P  We need this deck to be prepared for topdecking and to be able to keep the beatdown element there.

Alas, the use of Sasuke Samurai is golden.  I prefer to use reinforcements when ever warrior tech is used, but according to Peter it works fine.  I prefer the card in the side deck with other anti flip/burn cards.  But Peter likes its use, so I can't complain too much.

So here is the Final Version of...............................

Keep messing around with the ideas.  I know all of you have a creative/weird side:P.

Also, I will be posting my Ojama Deck in a few weeks.  I look forward too your responses, but time is needed for testing.

The "Cat's Like Toy's" deck provided allot of mail.  So far, I have seen various other builds of the deck and 3 people have made it a point to use Pot of Avarice.  It only makes sense, so obviously I should.  Pot just has way to many target, cats dumping themselves, and the cats friends all dying.  Someone also made it evident to use cards like chain energy or Curse of Darkness to deal extra Damage.  Ceasefire is another good choice because it shows you what you will be attacking and hits for 500 +.

Also, I am working diligently on forming a Yu-Gi-Oh Team.  Team Necrosis could passably go worldwide, but for them moment a Kentucky based team would be sweet.  I will see how this all works out.

Keep the mail and ideas coming.  I always look forward to hearing from my readers.  Makes me feel special and warm:P
