Chaos Fusion!

August 24, 2007

It LIVES!!!

Well who likes to fuse big monsters like Cyber Twin Dragon? I know that I do! My little brother came up with this deck in his DS game, not bad for a little kid. Basically it aims to fuse as many Cyber Twin, Cyber End, Chimeratech and UFOroid Fighters as possible. Yes that's right, UFOroid Fighter! Surprisingly it works quite well. It may not be winning a Shonen Jump for a while, but it is as potent a deck as is available.

You Picked What for this Deck??!!

There are some pretty unconventional choices in this deck, and I will take the time to explain them here. Proto Cyber Dragon is a must, as Cyber Dragons tend to be scarce in a deck of 40 cards, and you can save your Cyber Dragons for Special Summon rather than fusion. I was very tempted to put Inferno Reckless Summon. When you special Summon Proto, you play that and Special Summon 3 Cyber Dragons from your deck. But i thought that there was enough going on in this deck without that. Shining Angel summons the aforementioned mini dragon as well as searching out UFOroid, Manju (dunno why you'd want to though) as well as the Light Hex Sealed Fusion. As for the Hex Sealed Fusion, it allows speedy summoning of Cyber Fusions as well as substituting as a decent blocker. Manju and BLS are here to summon huge ATK UFOroid Fighters. The Trap Lineup is pretty strange too. Decree will lock down opposing traps while you prepare for an assault of Fusions. Threatening roar stalls for time as well as drawing Breaker's fire from Your Decrees.

Fusion is a Shifty Business...

You can change this deck to suit your own needs. You can take out the UFOroid stuff and add some more Machine support. You can add in Freed the Brave Wanderer as all the monsters are pretty much LIGHT. You can add in Inferno Reckless Summon for a quick OTK like Troop, DUpe Scoop. This deck is very, ah, variable. It can shift to suit your play style. You can even use Cyberdark Monsters and Dragons for more stability.
