Dungeon Dice Masters Talk
Big Dreams - Dungeon Dice Monsters on Nintendo GameCube
by TheDungeonMaster
11.22.05

Yep. Today, we talk about getting Dungeon Dice Monster on the ‘Cube.
First, lets talk about what would you get when you first start out.

Starting Out:

Well, when you first start out, like in some game, you chose one of three “decks”.

The three choices: YuGi, Joey and Kaiba.

They would all be the same as the characters, YuGi have Magicians, Joey and his Earth guys, and Kaiba and some Dragons.

All the decks would be the same, so no one deck is better then the other.

So, you grab one and you start playing!

Story Mode:

Ok, story mode… this would be interesting.

What would it do? Well, lets find out.

Things well start out slow, maybe like this.

You take the deck and enter a Dungeon Dice Tournament. There well be maybe about five rounds, and play. If you lose, you just come back and try again. If you win, two guys well give you an invite to a Dungeon Dice National Tournament, and you pretty much go. You play, and the final guy would be Pegasus. (Cheezy, no?)

The second part would go against the Marik crew. The rest is self-explanatory.

The third would be the final one, like in that season.

Some cool things you can unlock:

  1. Duke Develon Saga
  2. “National” Tournament

The National Tournament is where ALL the best Dungeon Dice Players all over would meet up for one big tournament.

Dungeon Master, how would you improve your team?

That’s an easy one. In Dungeon Dice Monsters, after every duel you win, you get two random pieces, and 5 points.

When you get pieces you want, you can edit your team.

What are the points for? Certainly not your skill… well, I got good news for you, its not.

What are points for?

Points are for unlocking more, better pieces from the Dice Shop. Why is that there you ask? Simple. Even when you win a battle, you won’t get all sorts of good pieces, you’ll have to buy them. There are also certain packs you can buy, but the shop doesn’t have those lots, and you can get a real good piece from that.

Unlockables:

You can unlock almost all the character from the show in this game.

Here is whom you can unlock.

Guys who you start out with:

Yugi, Joey, Tristin, Tea, Mokuba and Grandpa Mouto.

Guys to Unlock:

Kaiba, Pegasus, Marik, Odeon, Duke, Marik’s sister (can’t remember her name), and all the guys from season 3.

You can also unlock guys from YuGiOh GX.

Jaden, Chumly, Syrus, Alexis, and everyone else.

Ya… that would be a great game.

I think its pretty good.

Now that that’s done, I need some help.

Please… I need feedback!

You can email me at DBZreviewer@yahoo.com or you can PM me on the Pojo.com Message Boards as TheMagicianDuelist12.

I want to know what kind of stuff you want me to write about.
If you want, I can write about the card game too, whatever you want.

Interview time: TheDungeonMaster

Yes, I’m doing interviews. I got a couple questions ready; just email me to ask for them. This is how it needs to be done.

I will send you a Microsoft Word with the questions.

You answer the questions and return it to me in the Word.

Remember to include your name and where you are from, and your email address if you want some other readers to email you.

Well, that’s all for this one!

Until next time,

Keep the Dice Rollin’

One LAST thing:

If you’re ever in the Jacksonville area, come to the Mandarin Books-A-Million Store and play my friends and me.

I’d like to give a little shout out to some of my friends there:

Alex “Rick James”, Johnny, Garrison and his Papa, who’s GOT to be the coolest papa ever, Cody, and everyone else.

Oh, and also, a BIG shout out to my Apprentice, Hunter, who has come a long way from when he first started playing.
