The man, the myth, the legend, PSY-Frame Driver. He is the first Normal Psychic-type monster ever. Therefore, he is also the strongest Normal Psychic with 2500 Atk. I don't know why all these Main Deck PSY-Frames have 0 Def, but it is what it is. At Level 6 he only needs 1 Tribute to Normal Summon him. Of course it is easier to just use any of the gears to Special Summon him from anywhere except the Banished Zone. He also creates an option to run some of the Normal support, like Ancient Rules or Silent Doom/Swing of Memories. I still would have liked an effect monster version of this, maybe another driver that has the effect, "This card is treated as PSY-Frame Driver while in the Hand and Graveyard. When this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Synchro Summon of a 'PSY-Frame' Monster; Special Summon a PSY-Frame Driver from the Graveyard, except this card." Instead we have normalcy with high Atk.

Score: 3/5 Because you need to run 3 in a PSY-Frame deck.

Snodin

At first glance, you might not think much of this card; “a 6-Star 25-ATK Normal monster? Big deal,” you'd say. And normally, you'd be right. However, this is no ordinary Normal monster, this is a PSY-Frame Monster. Well actually, it is THE PSY-Frame Monster. This is the guy you Synchro your Tuner PSY-Frames out to get a bigger, nastier brute onto the field. So yes, this guy is kind of a big deal. If you're running PSY-Frames.

Final Score: 5/5
