Kozmo Farmgirl...another new Archtype, and one without a great deal of support, but I believe potentially can turn out pretty awesome.  Level 3, Light, Psychic, 1500 attack, which is good for a Monster of her Level.  She's a beautiful card for her Deck.  During the turn of either Player, you can remove this card from play to Special Summon a Level 4 or higher Kozmo Monster from your Hand.  Said effect can only be used once a turn.  But in addition, when she deals Damage to your opponent, you can add a Kozmo card from your Deck to your Hand, at the cost of 500 Lifepoints.  Absolutely love her.  She's very fast, nice enough attack for her Level, adds resources in different ways.  She helps make the Deck go, and go fast.

Kozmo Farmgirl is the cornerstone of the “Kozmo” archetype. A quick effect on either players turn to Special Summon another of the archetype's monsters that are Level 4 or higher grants you different options to choose from, as well as thin through your deck and set up combos. Her better effect though may be keeping her on the field as long as you can to search out any level “Kozmo” card. While Kozmo Farmgirl has standard ATK for a searcher, there are cards to help clear the field and aid her in doing damage (Honest is the #1 choice now at 2). 500LP is nothing when you get to search ANY card pertaining to the archetype you are running.

Search her with Shining Angel, Emergency Teleport, a host of archetype “Kozmo” cards, Photon Veil (as all “Kozmo” monsters are LIGHT), or another copy of Kozmo Farmgirl to thin your deck. Emergency Teleport opens up combinations in the Standby Phase. Use her effect to Special Summon any “Kozmo” monster you have in your hand, then use “Kozmotown” to bring her back (at the cost of 300LP) then do it again. The “Kozmo” deck revolves around banishing to Special Summon, then trigger effects to bring monsters back/special summon, and Kozmo Farmgirl is what keeps this going.

Review for Kozmo Farmgirl 8/25/2015

Ah Kozmo women. Such great artwork. Let's take a look at Kozmo Farmgirl. Level 3 Light Psychic Atk 1500 Def 1000. Those are fairly good stats for a Level 3 monster. Light has tons of support, namely Honest. The attack is just high enough to inflict damage, but low enough to be searched by the old attribute die by battle searchers, namely Shining Angel in this case. Psychic makes this an excellent target for Emergency Teleport. I'm sure there are some other generic combos, but where this really shines is within its own deck.

Kozmo Farmgirl's effect is written somewhat out of order. The first effect is to banish itself to summon a higher level Kozmo monster from your hand during either player's turn but only once that turn. The second effect is to pay 500 Life Points to search a Kozmo card to your hand after inflicting battle damage. In theory, you start with Farmgirl, inflict damage, banish and get the ship, and continue attacking. All the Kozmos can be activated during the Battle Phase making OTKs possible. Add in Limiter Remover for the ships and Kozmotown to maintain advantage, and you have the making of an excellent deck.

Score: 4/5 This is worth the $50 price tag.

I don't think we're in Kansas anymore, Toto...” -Dorothy

When I first saw this card, I thought, “Yes! Steampunk!” Then I realized it was a “Wizard of Oz” Steampunk theme, and I was like, “YES! Double the awesomeness!” Then I realized that this is a theme that needs more time (and support cards) to get really competitive.

This little lady, we'll call her Dot, is a searcher that works in two ways: One, you can banish her on either player's turn to get another (level 4 or higher) Kozmo monster from the deck. Two, she can bring any Kozmo card from the deck to your hand if she manages to do battle damage (and you pay 500 LP, which is a lot better than it sounds compared to other costly effects). Problem is, with 1500 ATK, it's not likely she'll do much physical damage on the field, so you'll likely use her first effect. And the downside to that is, once she's removed from play, she's gone for good. You could say she..... went over the rainbow. (*gets shot*)

Time will tell if Kozmo decks will get off the ground..... Via tornado. ALRIGHT, I'LL STOP!

Final Score: 5/5 for Kozmo decks only
