Evolsaur Vulcano really wants to be good, but has a lot going against him...1200 attack and 1000 defense on a Level 4 aren't going to win you many contests.  He can Special Summon an Evolsaur from your Graveyard, which is good, but unless you're using it for XYZ or Synchro, I don't see much use in that either as the Monster chosen can't even attack.  We've got some good ideas in these cards folks, they just don't really seem to be able to take off :/

We continue with our reviews of Evolsaur monsters with Evolsaur Vulcano. For more information on the Evol tool box of monsters, please see my previous posts this week. Vulcano’s effect special summons another Evolsaur monster from the graveyard. Even though you cannot attack with the special summoned monster, you can Xyz summon with it. The main Xyz monster that you will be getting is Evolzar Laggia.

Essentially, you will be evolving an Evolite monster into a strong Xyz monster, providing your opponent does not wreck it with Effect Veiler, Solemn Warning or Judgment, or Maxx “C” and you have another Level 4 Evolsaur monster in the graveyard. That is a lot of ifs and it takes time to get the Evol theme moving. If you are going to run an Evol deck, you will need Evolsaur Vulcano in your deck as it is one of the keys to success.

Well, this guy is only useful for getting the effects of other Evolsaurs, but that's about it. He's good if you want multiple tributes, but that's all this guy is good for. What really husrts his usability is the fact that any monster he brings back from the dead can't attack. His stats are laughable for a Lv. 4 monster, so don't expect him to be very useful, even in an Evol deck.
