Adding to the collection of Light attributed, Fiend Monsters, we come to Ghost Ship, a Level 5 Monster, with 1900 attack and 1000 defense.  Now, like yesterday, this card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set.  Ghost Ship can only be Special Summoned (from your Hand) by removing one Light Monster from your Graveyard from play.  The best use I see for Ghost Ship, is to use as Synchro Material, Level 5 is great for making a Level 7 Synchro Monster, or even Level 9 (or higher) obviously depending on the Level of the Tuner involved, and whether or not other Monsters are involved in said Synchro Summon.

Ratings:

3/5 Some Decks will find it useful, others won't.  Light attribute is good,Special Summons are good.

Ghost Ship

ZOMG! IT'S THE GHOST SHIP! This is the best counter to Tetra decks, unless your opponent is teching Link, in which case you'll lose the duel but nobody will believe it really happened.

If you're like me, the moment you saw this card, you thought of Soul of Purity and Light. The difference here is that Ghost Ship only requires 1 LIGHT monster to summon; however, it has 100 less ATK, is level 5 instead of 6, and doesn't have an effect. With a lower cost, Ghost Ship is better outside of those frustrating Perfect Herald decks. You can even put this in Chaos decks, or decks with LIGHT and level 5 monsters.

That's pretty much the extent of this card's usefulness. Use it to make Xyz summons in decks that have LIGHT monsters and that use a few Tuners.

It’s time for Rank 5 Xyz to get a boost in today’s card, Ghost Ship. Ghost Ship is a level 5 LIGHT fiend type monster that cannot be normal summoned or set. A nomi summon monster, similar to Chaos Sorcerer or BLS, in order to be special summoned you must banish a LIGHT monster from your grave.  At 1900 attack and 1000 defense this monster will not be staying on the field long. Easy for Rank 5 Xyz or quick synchro summoning this card could prove very useful especially in a meta filled with Twilight and Agents.
