Look, it's Cyber Dragon, but for Scraps!  2100 attack, requires a tribute but can be Special Summoned if your opponent controls a monster?  This does sound pretty familiar.  He also has the benefit of destroying a Scrap monster you control if Special Summoned in that way.  Essentially making this a 1-for-1, but the monster destroyed will likely result in your advantage.

Scrap Breaker/Scrap Cyber Dragon is another situational card. You can't summon it alone (it'll just blow itself up), so you need to have another monster out, and it has to be a monster you're willing to destroy. That'd be worth it if Breaker was at least stronger, but he's not. It can be handy to destroy your other Scrap monster (assuming it survived the previous turn) and grab a Tuner, but in the Scrap deck at least, 6 is a somewhat awkward level to work with.

You're better off using more consistent methods to get the cards you need. There are all sorts of other cards that can hold your field until you can activate the army of search effects that fuels part of the deck.

2.5/5
Art: He's chunky.
Fun Fact: Ms. Frizzle is a very reckless teacher.
