Hyper Synchron, another fairly interesting Rare from Crimson Crisis, but is it any more useful than yesterday? Not really. Here we have a Level 4 Machine type Light attributed Tuner with 1600 attack and 800 defense.

Now, yesterday, we had a card that might as well have specifically stated "Stardust Dragon" everywhere it said "Dragon-type Synchro" and today is pretty much the same. Meaning, when you use Hyper Synchron for a Dragon-type Synchro summon, that monster gains 800 attack points.

Like yesterday, the effect is even necessarily bad...but only being able to help a certain type of Synchro Monster, not to mention it's going to be Stardust Dragon 99% of the time, if not more, you need more viable options. Plus, the monster is removed during the End Phase...great.

Rating:

1.25/5 both formats...worse than yesterday because of the removal

General Zorpa Hyper Synchron

The Japanese used this guy to make easy level 8 Dragon Synchro monsters, but they don't use it anymore. He is a 1600 ATK Machine and is also a level 4 Tuner, just like Debris Dragon.

His effect is where he just dies. When he summons a Dragon Synchro monster, that monster gains 800 ATK, which would usually be good. Of course, the thing gets removed from play at the end of the turn. So it would be far better to make a Colossal Fighter or Thought Ruler Archfiend.

Of course, we already have Rose, Warrior of Revenge, who is more searchable, has a better effect, and I must say a lot easier on the eyes. There is just almost no reason to pay this card anymore.

Hyper Synchron …

hmmm …. No.

Light – yes. 4 star Tuner – yes. Machine – ok. 1600 ATK – ok. 800 DEF – no. Effect that only works if u Synchro for 1 specific type of Synchro Monster – no. And all u get is an ATK boost for said monster – hell no.

... It’ll help Stardust defeat Red Dragon Archfiend in battle … but seriously – who cares?

uhm, yeah ... No.

Hyper Synchron is quite an interesting card indeed, giving Light attributed Machine-Type monsters a decent boost with decks that use Honest as well as other cards like Cyber Dragon. Like Debris Dragon, its also a level 4 tuner but can be used with other level 4 monsters and it can summon out any X-Type monster, rather than just being limited to Dragon-Type synchro monsters.

I think the card is quite interesting, a decent 1600 attack and a light attribute. I'd personally build a deck with cards like Victory Viper XX03, Blue Thunder T-45, Honest as well as Cyber Dragon as I previously stated. With such support in a light attributed machine based deck, it may not be good enough to be a top tier deck, but at a local level it could be a decent deck, and Hyper Synchron can add some additional support and adds some extra needed summoning options for the deck to get it out of tight situation

This card is bad why would go for a synchro only to have it removed this doesnot need play for anything.
