FOOL, twilight is still here!

Twilight is a deck that some people thought was gone. I will inform you it is not gone but I changed it so that there is no Judgment dragon, no lightsworn angle, and many lightsworn cards that would be about 50 cents. Not 50 dollars, but 50 cents. You may be thinking well how could it function? The deck uses shire to go for the win. You summon darkness destroyer or drop a shire to the field to pummel your opponent and draw cards with veil of darkness. Chaos sorcerer should be kept in the hand and be used as a backup incase something goes wrong.

The deck is slow at first but once you get a lightsworn monster to the field it gains speed. If shire gets sent to the graveyard you can use beckoning light to get her back. So on with the deck list.

Monster cards 24

Shire lightsworn spirit 3x

Darkness destroyer 1x

Marshmallon 1x

Chaos sorcerer 1x

Mask of darkness 2x

Arkus, lightsworn druid 3x

Jain lightsworn paladin 3x

Lumina, lightsworn summoner 1x

Garoth, lightsworn warrior 3x

Obsidian Dragon 3x

Beige vangaurd of dark world 2x

Wulf, lightsworn beast lx

Spell cards 11

Charge of the light brigade 1x

Solar recharge 2x

Lightning vortex 2x

Pot of benevolence 1x

Mystical space typhoon 1x

Heavy storm 1x

Veil of darkness 2x

Gold sarcophagus

Trap cards 7

Lightsworn barrier 2x

Beckoning light 3x

WHAT, no ryko?

Well there is no ryko in this deck because he is a little pricey. I know some cards in this deck are pricey too, but I thought not to make it any more expensive. You can put him in if you want though.

Marshmallon is light so beckoning light can revive him. He is also a damage giving wall that is hard to kill .Because he is light, you can use him for chaos sorcerer.

Shire can have a very high attack but most of the time it is around 1900. In this deck the most attack shire can possibly have is 4000, but chances that will happen is very unlikely. She is also light so she can be used for the same reasons as marshmallon and can be searched by charge of the light brigade.

She can be very powerful at times and can send two cards to the graveyard during the end phase. She is almost a good substitute for judgment dragon though judgment dragon would be nice…

Darkness destroyer is the most aggressive card here. He can attack two cards during the same battle phase and inflicts damage to monsters in defense position. He is annoying to fight against but he has a few downsides to him. First off, he can’t be special summoned. That is not nice. That means we have to tribute two monsters to get him out. That is bad because we lost the easiest way to get him out. Plus his attack is a little low but he can attack multiple times so it only makes sense. He also is dark for chaos sorcerer so that is nice.

I have been talking about him for a while but now that we can talk about him we shouldn’t waste any time. Unlike darkness destroyer, Chaos sorcerer can only be special summoned. He has okay attack but where he really is powerful is in his effect. He removes anything that gets in his way. All you need is a light and a dark and here comes the sorcerer!

Mask of darkness can get back a beckoning light as well as a lightsworn barrier. He is good and even better is that he is dark.

       Sir, what’s the battle plan?

Charge can search out a shire so she is in the safety of the hand and gold sarcophagus can do the same. The deck is slow at first so you might need a lightsworn barrier to protect your lightsworns. Once you get multiple lightsworns on the field it gains speed and you can send lightsworn monsters to the graveyard to boost shires attack.

The solar recharge in this deck allows this deck to become even faster. You need to use your cards right so that they don’t all go to the graveyard so it is important to make sure they are in your hand.

Darkness destroyer is powerful but he is hard to get out. Chaos sorcerer won’t always be in your hand, and shire won’t always have a high attack. That is why you need to play your cards right, and have fun.
