aside from dark armed dragon being the most played dark "big bad monster" in the game of yugioh,
the game gone completely expensive. even low budget decks are not even considered being low budget.
however, as i was going through my zune scrolling through breakdancing music while going through my trade binder, i come across the song
one winged angel off the final fantasy sound track. and to my amazement, when the song started, i saw darklord zerato. and after this, i started piecing the deck
one by one. i will only throw in the description/purpose for the tribute monsters. the deck goes as followed:

Deck total: 42
Darklord Zerato (main monster)
Destiny Hero - Plasma (goat fodder/snatch synchro/negate monsters)
Destiny Hero - Dogma (draw fodder)
Dark Nephthys (clear back row)
The Dark Creator (draw fodder/revival/otk setup)
Gorz the Emissary of Darkness (life insurance)
Jinzo (trap negator)
Destiny Hero Dasher x2 (special summons/ d-draw fodder)

Elemental Hero Stratos
Destiny Hero - Fear Monger
Destiny Hero - Defender
Dark Grepher
Armageddon Knight
Kycoo, The Ghost Destroyer x2
Snipe Hunter
Spirit Reaper
Krebons x2
Plaguespreader Zombie
Sangan
Phantom Of Chaos

Allure of Darkness
Destiny Draw
Hand Destruction x2
Reinforcement Of The Army
Heavy Storm
Giant Trunade
Lightning Vortex
Brain Control
Scapegoat
D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation x2
Emergency Teleport

Reckless Greed x2
Torrential Tribute
Call Of The Haunted
Escape From The Dark Dimension x2

Extra:15
Stardust Dragon x2
Red Dragon Archfiend
Colossal Fighter
Thought Ruler Archfiend
Black Rose Dragon
Ancient Fairy Dragon
Psychic Lifetrancer
Goyo Guardian
Gaia Knight, Force of the Earth
Brionac
Flamvell Uruquizas
Magical Android
Ally of Justice - Catastor

STRIKE DOWN YOUR THUNDER: Darklord Zerato...for the price of one dark monster, he can destroy your opponent's monsters. and without any summoning restrictions, he is the main monster. the most crucial part of the strategy is to use this guy along with jinzo, and destiny hero plasma
I WANT TO SUCK YOUR...: Destiny Hero - Plasma... tribute the goat tokens to summon, negate your opponent's effect monsters, and absorb stardust dragon, to make darklord zerato's plan full proof! the other crucial part of the deck strategy along with darklord zerato and jinzo
LET THERE BE DARKNESS! The Dark Creator...rarely will be summoned, but if pulled off, he can help set up an otk via remove a monster then special summon, then d.d.r.
DIE IN A FIRE! Dark Nephthys actually was a good choice for me because she can clear one card for the price of removing 2 darks to dump her from your hand to the cemetery, then special summoning herself! and her effect works at anytime she is special summoned
BLUE EYES, ATTACK WITH WHITE LIGHT-DANG HE GORZED ME! gorz the emissary of darkness is self explanitory
I ACTIVATE-ACCESS DENIED! Jinzo is the last crucial part of the strategy, basically negating all the popular traps once he's on the field.
FASTER THAN THE SPEED OF LIGHT! D-hero Dasher's main goal is to hit the graveyard. never will you actually summon him. he helps bring out darklord zerato and jinzo to the field faster, without wasting a summon

the point of this deck is to simply bring darklord zerato and jinzo out on the field as soon as possibe, with other monsters on the field to make it game.
thinning out the deck is not that hard, considering all the draw power and recruitments are in the deck. the main strategy though, is with play reinforcement of the army to get dark grepher to your hand and sending destiny hero dasher's to the graveyard, or reinforcement of the army to get stratos, summon stratos to get either dasher or plasma (depending on ur situation) and if you plan to get dasher, you should have dark grepher in your hand by now.

there are other ways to play the deck, but the most important thing about using this deck is to have fun! :)
