7 Awesome OCG Only Cards - Wiiman

 

Hi, people

 

I always fell that in Japan there OCG is so much better than are TCG. They get all the packs first. As a plus they are already up to Premium Pack 12. As another bonus they get to rub it in our face by making OCG only cards which some are in fact, A-W-E-S-O-M-E. I'm going to name 7.

1.) Summon Priest

Dark/Spellcaster/Effect

ATK/800 DEF/1600

 

Effect:This card cannot be tributed. When this card is Normal Summoned or Flipped Summoned, swith it to defense position. Once per turn, by discarding one Spell Card from you're hand, search you're deck for a level 4 monster and Special Summon it. That monster can not attack this turn.

 

So when I saw this I said WOW. But then I read OCG Only and I was like nooooooo. Its an awesome monster. Get a level 4 for a spell card and +1 its DARK. This would basically be a staple in somebody's deck like Marshy or Reaper. It's so said not to be able to play its effect. weep...weep.

 

2.) Dandylion

Earth/Plant/Effect

ATK/300 DEF/300

 

Effect:When this card is sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon 2 "Fluff Tokens" (Plant-Type/WIND/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0) in Defense Position. These Tokens cannot be Tributed for a Tribute Summon on the turn they are Special Summoned.

 

I also weeped for this card. It would also be a staple in a lot of decks. You can basically sacrifice for Caius then for Plasma. You can do so many combos with this card its not even funny.

 

3.) White Knight Dragon

Water/Dragon/Effect

ATK/3000 DEF/2500

 

Effect: Negate the activation of a Spell or Trap Card that designates this card as a target and destroy it. When a face-up monster you control is selected as an attack target, you can change the attack target to this card by sending one Spell or Trap Card you control to the Graveyard.

 

This is a pretty cool card.(Yes, in fact the pun was intended) So here we have a Blue Eyes with an effect. All monsters must attack him and he can't be targeted by spell or trap. How many cards have the effect can not be targeted by spells or traps? Its like Konami is obsessed with cannot be targeted by spells and traps. Anyway he is a good card of you can keep on the field for that long which will not be happening because he is OCG only.

 

4.) Beast King Barbados

Earth/Beast-Warrior/Effect

ATK/3000 DEF/2500

 

Effect: This card can be Normal Summoned or Set without Tribute. In that case, the original ATK of this card becomes 1900. If you Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 3 monsters, destroy all cards your opponent controls.

 

Another awesome monster. Can be a no tribute beater or a Raigeki and Harpies Feather Duster combined with 3000 ATK points. OTK potential. Can also work very well with Dandylion and Summon Priest.

 

5.) Fiend Roar Deity Raven

Light/Fiend/Tuner

ATK/1300 DEF/1000

 

Effect:Once per turn, you can discard any number of cards in your hand to have this card gain ATK equal to the number of cards you discarded x 400 until the End Phase. For each card discarded by this effect, increase this card's Level by 1 until the End Phase.

 

Now here's one of those Light Fiend, Dark Fairy sort of like Darklord Zerato. This has to be one of the best tuner monsters on the game by discarding a number of cards you can increase the attack and level which is the best thing for Tuners. Not to mention that it has an extremely high attack for a level 2 and the ever increasing attack. The best deck this would go in would be DARK Armed Synchro.

 

6.) Overpowering Eyes

 

 Normal Spell

Effect:Select 1 Zombie-Type monster you control with 2000 ATK or less. The selected monster may attack your opponent directly this turn.

 

This card is broken. Lets see how much zombie support can support this support card. Pyramid Turtle, Zombie Master, IL Blud etc. etc. So many Zombies. Its scary.(Yes, pun intended again)

 

7.) Armitael, Phantasm of Chaos

Dark/Fiend/Fusion/Effect

ATK/0 DEF/0

 

 

"Uria, Lord of Searing Flames" + "Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder" + "Raviel, Lord of Phantasms"
Effect:This card cannot be Special Summoned from your Extra Deck except by removing from play the above cards on your side of the field. (You do not use "Polymerization"). This card cannot be destroyed by battle. During your Main Phase 1, this card gains 10000 ATK until the End Phase.

 

Here is the hardest Nomi monster to summon in the game. You need all 3 Sacred Beasts on the field. But, I think 10000 ATK every turn is worth it.  

 

So there are some OCG only cards. By the time you're done reading this you'll fell sad ,but Japanese don't get a guaranteed rare in every pack. It evens out. If you need to contact me here is my e-mail, Wiikal@aol.com.
