tipping tips

Hello, this is pwii, back with another article! This one is to tippers on pojo. Please note that this is my opinion, and I’m not most people so I could be wrong. So this is just my opinion of what a good article should have:

1: a good name

Try putting something that’s just not ‘6s deck’. Because unless you have a reader who never misses an article you have got to make it interesting. Like ‘throw a half-dozen swordsmen together on paper and what do you get?’ Because then the reader is sucked in. you could be the best writer in the world but if you just put ‘6s deck’ for a title, no one will ever know!

2: difference

If there are a ton of crystal beast control decks on the site, you DON’T MAKE ANOTHER. Granted, there is never one topic that hasn’t been looked at more than once; but try to make things different from everyone else’s so the readers come back.

3: length

All right, maybe I said that wrong. But just a decklist isn’t going to be enough for a lot of people. The more details you put into the deck and how the things work, the better the article would be. That doesn’t mean try to make it long. I’ve made plenty of short articles. Another idea is if you want to say something about a topic, and if you have a (short) good deck to try, you can merge them together in one article.

4: shortness

Another thing is don’t make it too long. Its fine to have a long article, but a lot of readers cant/wont spend a long amount of time reading an article that’s not really good.

5: time

Whatever you do, don’t shorten it just because your getting tired! Save it as a draft, or just post it on a word doc. You have all the time in the world and everyone will never know exactically how long it takes for you to write it.

Well, that’s it. I hoped you liked it. Still looking for any Ojama related cards except for ojamuscle. Anything iizduhdude@yahoo.com
