Deck Fix 6- Dark World Deck

Sup dude,
I hope that you can fix my deck. I am running a Dark World deck packing crush card virus. I am a agro/control player. I like to swarm my dark world and use my card of safe return to keep my hand full. But the problem with the deck is that it is too slow. Most other decks in this Meta are extremely fast, and this deck is no where close. I often get bad hands, and I have no idea which monsters to put. I hope you can help me.
I would be grateful if you could reply within a week.
Thank you.

- Roshan

Hey Roshan, I'll try my best to fix up this version of Dark World. I did notice that some pretty bad hands could be drawn, but it has some explosive potential. Let's see just how explosive we can make this:

These are the cards that I took out:

Mystic Tomato: It's a good defender, but in this kind of build, we don't want to wait for our opponent to attack this, we want to put the pressure immediately on them.

Card Destruction: You had 2 mained, and you're only allowed one copy.

Enemy Controller: Normally, I'd add this, but we're going to focus on destroying everything our opponent has instead of taking control of their monster in this build.

Gateway to Dark World: A good card in Dark World decks, and in all honesty, I couldn't find room for any. We will have more methods to abuse our Dark World monsters in the graveyard in just a second, however.

Shrink: It's a good defensive measure, but this deck is all-out, all the time. We don't want to give the opponent a chance to hit us.

Brain Control: A weird drop, I did so because your opponent will most likely have a very hard time keeping monsters on the field with this deck.

Creature Swap/Lightning Vortex: Both were dropped for the exact same reason that Brain Control was, their usefulness is limited by the amount of your monsters your opponent controls.

Swords of Revealing Light: A good defense, but it's not going to speed the deck up, so we'll be exchanging this card for something different.

Bottomless Trap Hole: With all the decks that run RftDD and Dimension Fusion, this card is a short term solution to a long term problem.

Dust Tornado: A good choice, but we'll have enough backfield removing agents in our final build.

Skill Drain: Cool combo since almost all of your effects activate in the grave, but with the changes I made, we need to keep options open, since a couple of big cards I included activates on the field.

Here's what I put in:

Broww, Brron, Gren, and Kahkki: Dark World monsters that allow you to Discard a card as part of an effect, draw 1-2 cards, and destroy cards on the field, these guys are automatically included into the deck.

Doom Shaman: The Il Blud for this deck, it abuses Card of safe return, and allows for some huge swarms. I added 2

Card of Safe return: Just to allow you to pull off the combo easier, I added a third one.

Dark World Dealings/Dark World Lightning: Both of these cards activate a Dark World Monster's effect, and gives you an advantage by drawing a card or destroying a card, respectively. I brought the count for both up to 3 each.

Premature Burial: Abuses Card of Safe Return, allows for bigger pushes for damage and/or victory, this card is an absolute must for this deck.

Waboku: Nothing feels better than to stop a DAD player straight in his tracks, and this will do exactly that. Best defense card for this deck.

Deck Devastation Virus: It allows for hand control, and it's just evil to use, especially if you get this and crush card off in the same turn.

All this deck wants to do is swarm and net card advantage. You have so many options to destroy card your opponent controls, you'll almost never have a dead draw. The speed of this deck is huge as well, allowing you to explode at any one time. Well Roshan, I hope that helped you out a lot! I'm always accepting more deck to fix, as well and comments and questions, so keep them coming in!
