Ninjutsu: A look into the shadows - by SasukevItachi

In the new format, many decks took a serious beating, with the loss of card trooper, destiny hero malicious in 3s, and the complete loss of metamorphosis and other cards of the sort.

The deck i have today is a decent deck I've made and tested on Yugioh Virtual Desktop, props to the xerocreative guys.

as the title would suggest: this IS a ninja deck, and those who figured it out can have a cookie. (dont email me for one. please, i have enough annoying emails as it is...)

the basic structure of a ninja deck contains

2-3x strike ninja
3x d.d. scout plane
3x mystic tomato
2-3x dekoichi the battlechanted locomotive 1x sangan.

this is the usual monster framework, then you work from there.
most starting ninja players use newdoria, jinzo, and other well known dark monsters. i personally use a blackburn ninja. basically using my d.d. scout planes as cannon (soldier) fodder, and stealth birds and the like.

the spells are interesting. your deck can vary with the spells, so ill just list the basic spells, and wont go into advanced.

1-2x nobleman of crossout
1x heavy storm
1x mystical space typhoon

thats the staple spells, but you can include many different combinations, which is why i only listed 3

traps:

normally not many traps are run. there is basically no set lineup of traps, but there is a trap staple for ninjas.
2x return from the different dimension.

but the deck im making today runs differently.

its a deck devastation ninja.

monsters: 20

2x jinzo

3x strike ninja
3x giant orc
3x mystic tomato
2x dark jeroid
1x sangan
1x snipe hunter
3x d.d. scout plane
1x spirit reaper
1x breaker the magical warrior

spells: 15

3x mystic plasma zone
3x rush recklessly
2x nobleman of crossout
3x nobleman of extermination
1x heavy storm
1x smashing ground
1x mystical space typhoon
1x premature burial

traps:5
3x deck devastation virus
2x return from the different dimension.

this deck revolves around using plasma zone to pump up smaller monsters and use deck dev to tribute them. this gets rid of most of the decktypes that use smaller monsters for winning, such as gadgets.

the deck kills most monarch decks as well, because most monarch fodder monsters are under 1500 attack. apprentice fails against this deck.

you also use strike ninja and return to go for game. i would add eradicator epidemics but this is the easier thing to get, and does more damage to the opponent.

so yeah, theres the deck that i made for this month... ill post another tip soon, if you want to email me im always available at sasukevitachi@bamspam.com
