Here's my E-Hero Big City. It's a solid deck, may or may not need some work. Has been built by the new Sept. Ban List.

Mobius is my one high level, Stratos as a searcher, Captain Golds with Skyscraper=EVIL.Oceans to bring back Stratos for another search, Wildheart+Skyscraper, Axe, or Mage=LJO(Little Jinzo).Exiled to destroy a monster.Cyber for special, too many people run triune Cybers, I decided for the single.

 

 

Traps are mostly staples, Black Horn because like I said, too many Cyber runs.

 

Swords for protection, Axe and Mage for power.Fissure and Smashing as well as Vortex for monster destruction.Justice, MST, and Heavy for spell/trap destruction. Emergencies and Reinforcement for more searching. Skyscraper and Skyscraper 2 too continuosly bring back plenty.
