Effect: If this is the
only card in your hand, you can Special Summon
this card from your hand. When this card is
Normal Summoned, Flip Summoned or Special
Summoned successfully, if there are no other
cards on your side of the field and in your
hand, you can draw 2 cards from your Deck.
Now you might be thinking what makes a card that
you need to have no other cards so good, right?
well he works extremely well in a burn deck. I
took that to the next level and made it a turbo
burn deck.

Those 25 cards make up the basis of the deck,
reasoning and monster gate pile off large
amounts of spell in the deck, to fuel magical
explosion, bubbleman and card of sanctity allow
me to draw more and with the one shot burns I'll
be adding they'll never be useless. A Feather of
the Phoenix is to pull back the Explosions and
Dark Magician of Chaos is perfect for decks like
this. Toon Table of Contents means 3 more spell
go to the graveyard, and toon cannon soldier is
easily searchable and can get rid of extra
bubbleman. Instant Fusion helps to mitigate the
cost of monster gate.

These 15 Spell cards all deal between 800-1000
damage and act as spells to fuel explosion, they
also clear out my hand so I can explode with
bubbleman. Overall the deck is usually pretty
consistant and side decking is basically against
decree and jinzo and wombats.
